Our Wonderful Mistakes

Chapter 3 (Edited)

Beth's POV:

I woke up cuddled next to Michael, late. About 11:30 am. It was going to be a girls day today so I had to get up and go over to Brooklynn's room. I got up and gently kissed Micheal on the cheek. I left and went down to her room. After getting in we started to get ready. I didn't put any makeup on since we were going to be in water. We put our bikinis on, Our cover ups and grabbed our bags and left, not before leaving a note for Alex.

We walked to the pool and laid down on the chairs they provide. Since it was the afternoon it was about 90 here. We put tanning lotion on and laid down, slipping our sunglasses over our eyes. I laid down and started reading a magazine, while Brooklynn read The Fault In Our Stars, which by the way is an amazing book, everyone should have to read it.

After about two hours of laying there I flipped over on my back and Brooklynn put tanning lotion on my back as well. I put some one hers since she had already turned over, before I did. I was tanning my back as she was tanning her stomach. We switched sides again after about another hour and a half. By the time we got done, we were tannish and tired. We packed up and went back to the room.

"I'm exhausted but you want to go to a tanning bed to get a good tan over this?" Brooklynn asked me.

"Sure." So we found the nearest tanning bed and did that. After ward we went to eat lunch. We got back to the hotel and all four of us decided to head home. We packed inside the car and Brooklynn drove home since Alex drove all the way here. Alex was riding shot gun while Michael and I were cuddled together in the back seat. I fell asleep against his chest.

Brooklynn's P.O.V.

I'm glad Beth found Micheal. He treats her so good. I drove home and soon heard light snores from behind me. I looked in the rear view mirror to find Beth sleeping on Micheal's chest as he had his head on her head and his arm wrapped safely around her waist. I smiled to myself. They we soo cute together.

After maybe 30 minutes I started feeling drowsy.

"Babe?" I said to Alex, knowing he was awake.

"Yeah?" He looked over at me.

"Can you drive? I feel really sleepy."

"Yeah, Of course, just pull over." So that's what I did and we switched sides. I crawled into the passenger side seat and fell asleep immediately.

Alex's P.O.V.

I drove the rest of the way home. I decided to go to Brooklynn's because her parents weren't home and wouldn't care. After getting Micheal and Beth up and into the house I went back out and picked Brooklynn up, not wanting to wake her. She wrapped her arms securely around my neck as my hands supported her underneath her knees and her upper back. As I walked through the living room I seen Micheal and Beth laying on the couch together. Micheal had his arm wrapped around Beth and she was cuddled up against him. I took a quick picture on my phone to show them later. I carried her upstairs and laid her on her bed. I crawled in next to her and fell asleep next to the love of my life.

i know i know!! It's been almost a month, maybe a month since i last updated and im really sorry!! I've just been busy and havent had time or felt inspired.
