Once upon a time in the kingdom of Paidora deep in the forest of Otzarreta lived a young
maiden, in a tower in the middle of the enchanted forest. Her name was Verdezuela, Verdezuela was lionized throughout the kingdom for her beauty and humbleness even the prince admired her.The young maiden had a bad hair day, and all her long curly jet black locks had tangles in them. On the same day, the prince rode up on an affable beautiful porcelain white horse to Verdezuela's Tower. He was fascinated with her beauty like all the people in the kingdom and wanted to ask her to marry him. From up above he heard her whine upset that her hair has lost its shine. He thought her crying was a plea and promised that he would set her free and to live with her forever. She was too far enough to make out what he was saying to her.
"Verdezuela, Verdezuela, throw let down your hair." The prince yelled thinking about his future wife
She thought he said underwear, so she threw down her underwear to the prince. The prince stared at Verdezuela with a grimace on his face.
"No Verdezuela," The Prince started, "your curly jet black locks."
Verdezuela acquired all her dirty socks and threw them at the prince, she was still confused "Why would The prince want my dirty socks?" She muttered to herself quietly.
"Please Verdezuela your silky dresses." she thought he asked.
She threw down what he asked for without even thinking twice about what he required from her. In lace and frills up to his head, the prince was blushing a shining red, it was getting late, and the prince was getting tired of Verdezuela's inane acts, now he just wanted to go back to the castle and never come back to this cursed tower.
"Verdezuela do you have a rope?" The prince inquired loudly.
Verdezuela dropped a cantaloupe from her window to the prince hoping he would catch it before it falls on his head. It burst into pieces on his skull with excruciating pain. The prince's horse started licking the princes face his once shiny brown hair was now all sticky from the cantaloupe. "How about we just get going?" The horse questioned the prince.
"Oh, bad catch" Verdezuela yelled.
"Oh, no I caught it with my head." The prince retorted sarcastically.
"What did you say?" Verdezuela questioned.
"Perhaps," he sighed,"this is a waste of time."
But he rebuffed the idea of him resting without his love in his arms, even though she was causing him all this trouble he would save her and live happily ever after with her. So he gazed up looking at Verdezuela face and tried again.
"Oh my Verdezuela," The prince informed,"how about twine?"
She raised her swine up to the window and through him out to the prince. The Prince examined the swine in his arms in confusion. The prince got more and more frustrated by each time she threw him something irrelevant. By now The Prince was wrathful towards Verdezuela because of her simple acts.
"Do you have a ladder?" He growled up so she could hear him.
"Yes." Verdezuela retorted.
The prince sighed in relief of what he heard; his heart started pumping faster than ever.
