It's looking in the mirror and smiling at your reflection, trying to find the beauty, people claim you have. You don't find it, keep smiling and go on with the day.

Its sitting with your friends, listening to their voices and falling so deeply into their voices, it like honey on the vocal cords of an angle. You snap yourself out the trance and notice how you will never trance someone the way they trance you.

It talking to the person you like, falling in love with them and then at the slightest switch of their tone you feel like too much of a burden. You think they'll leave you, so you push them anyway without even noticing. The more you tried to keep them the farther you sent them. They loved you, but you led them to think you relied too much on them so they let you live for yourself.

Disappointing love is a lot of things, at the same time it is nothing. It's all in your head, in your truths, in your lies, in your sadness, happiness, in your walk, your talk, your stance and even in your glance. It is everything just as it is in nothing.
Disappointing love will swallow you up and spit you back out into the world without a glimpse of remorse. It's the love you lend out and never seem to have it returned. So why keep lending out? Well, it's the only thing you know, it just who you are, and you don't even know who you are.
