Chapter 3: Practice Makes Perfect ♥

Ella's POV

"Oh these times are hard and it's making us crazy dont give up on us baby"

"I'm the man. I'm not moving Yeah"

"That was amazing! You have a nice voice Ella." Luke told to me. "Awe, thanks Luke, You too you have an amazing voice!" I told him. He blushed? and He smiled at me. Woah! why was he blushing? "Uh thanks." Luke said. I smiled at him in response.

"So we'll practice after school yeah?" Luke asked me. "Yeah after school." I told him and smiled.

The bell just rang, So me and Luke.are heading to Music class. I'm pretty sure we're gonna practice for our song in Music for today because we only have a few days to practice.

Okay. now we're going inside the room. "I'll see you after school for practice aight?" Luke said. "Uh- Yeah see you after school" And with that We went to our own seats. As what I expected, Mr.Grier let us practice for our class today. As usual Luke went to my seat and we practiced

Me and Luke just finished practicing, And we both agreed that we won't have practice this afternoon because we practiced at Music class.

School just finished! First day of Junior High a success! Plus I made a new friend which is great. To celebrate our first day as Juniors, Me and Kayla decided to go to Mcdonalds because we love Mcdonalds and the food there is delicious.

"Kayla, what do you want to eat?" I asked my best friend. "Um let me see. How about Nuggets and fries." She told me. "I'll get that too!" I exclaimed. Then people were looking at our direction. "Uhm, Sorry haha. Continue eating." I smiled at the costumers. "Tone down your voice next time alright?" Kayla told me. "Yes Ma'am!" I told her as we both chuckled. "I'll look for a seat while you order okay?" I told her. "Yeah okay. I'll be back." Kayla answered me. Aha! I found a seat! I went to the place where me and Kayla are gonna eat. After a few minutes, Kayla came back bringing our food. "Nom nom nom nom. The food is delicious!" I said. "Yes, Yes it is." Kayla also said. "Eat away!" Me and Kayla said at the same time. We didn't mind if we say words at the same time though. It's normal for us. Because we do that all the time.

After eating, Me and Kayla decided to go home since it's a bit dark already. "Bye Ella! See you tomorrow at school!" Kayla told me. "Bye too Kayla. See you tomorrow." I told her. And with that she walked away.

At home

"Mom! Zander! I'm home!" I exclaimed as I went inside our house. "Ella dear where are you?" My mom exclaimed. "Living room Mom!" I answered her. "How was your first day of school Ella?" Mum asked. "It was great." I smiled. "I also made a new friend." I continued. "That's great Ella! Who is this new friend of yours?" Mom asked. "Luke, Luke Hemmings. We're partners in Music class for our project." I told my mother. She smiled in response. "Are you still gonna eat dinner Ella?" Mom asked. "Um I won't eat dinner anymore mom Me and Kayla ate at Mcdonalds after school." I told her. "I'll be upstairs if you need me mom."

I went upstairs and did my usual routine when getting home. After 15 minutes I was done.

Since we had no assignments cause it's the first day of school, I decided to sleep. Tomorrow is a new day.
