First Mission!

(Y/N)'s POV

I was lounging on the couch eating Lucky Charms. Superboy and me were watching static.

'This. Is. Soooooooo boring!'

'Well, I like it!'

'I think it's calming.'

"Guys! Shush! This is the good part!" I complained, while SB looked at me weirdly. Suddenly a alert sounded throughout the Cave and I jumped,  spilling my cereal.

"Noooooooo!" I cried as Artsy dragged me to the computer thingy room. I saw the rest of the team as we entered.

"This better be good! I lost my cereal! Think of the kids in Africa!" I waved my arms around. Batman didn't reply, just turned around to the holo wall that appeared out of no where.

"Your mission is to stop Joker and his Injustice Team from leveling the city." I cringed and the team and Bat dude seemed to notice.

"Is there a problem?" Batman grunted out. I laughed nervously.

"Weeellllllll it's just that, I was sleeping one night and all the ruckus they were making woke me up and I hate being woken up so............I kinda beat them all to a bloody pulp and I think they're still mad about getting beaten by some one much younger and smaller then them" I scratched the back of my neck.

"WHAT!?" The team shouted.

"What?" I asked confuzzled.

"You took down 9 supervillains. By. Your. Self."

"All of which include Bane, Killer Frost, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, Riddler, Joker, and Two-Face! All of which are on the 'World's Most Dangerous', The FBI's 'Top Hit List', and permanent residents of Arkham Asylum: The Most Secure Holding Gacility on the planet!?"

I looked up at the ceiling "Huh. Guess I did." I shrugged, Batguy kept talking.

"It's up to you if you want to split into teams and take on each one." He made eye contact with Birdie and stepped into the transporter thingy.

'It's called a Zeta Tube.'

'How do you know that?'

'I heard Robin talking about it. Plus I actually read.'

'Wait. How can you read? Your literally in my mind!'

'There's a library in here.'

'What? Really?'

'Yeah! There's a whole town! Me and White are very popular!'

'I feel like you guys know about a lot of cool stuff'

'We do.'

'We do!'

"DP?'

"DP!"

"DP!?"

I snapped out of my convo with my voices "Huh?" I looked at the team and saw them staring at me "What'd ya lookin' at?"

"You where spacing out" Megan giggled. I looked at her "Do you like poodles?" I ask her.

She looked confused "Um what's a poodle?" I just stare at her.

"Fish food!" I say and run out leaving my confused team behind. I grabbed my cereal and walked back to the room.

"How are you going to eat that with your mask on?" SOB asked.

"Non ya business!"

I scooped some cereal and stared at it trying to figure out how I'm going to do this. I brought it up to my mask and ate it without leaving a stain.

"Mmm! Marshmallowy goodness!"

"H-How did you do that!" SOB said.

"Oh I'll tell you!" I pranced over to him and whispered in his ear "Magic!" I snicker and continue eating.

"Okay, everyone gather your gear and suit up, we'll meet up at the Zeta Tubes" Aqualad, the apparent leader said. I just stayed where I was.

"DP, aren't you going to get ready?" Artsy asked. I grinned "We'll I already have my weapons and I have my suit on, so I'm good!" She smiled a small smile and nodded.

"Woah! You got her to smile!" SOB said from beside me.

"Yeah so?"

"She never smiles!"

"Yeah well, have you thought that she just likes me better than you!" I smirked. SOB glared at me while I just snickered.

Zat came out in her outfit and I whistled "Wow! Lookin' good Zat! Two thumbs up for you!" I gave the her thumbs up, she giggled.

Meggy came next in her costume, I held up a piece of paper that had a 10 written on it, she smiled and hugged me.

Artsy came out fixing her glove "Manifiqué!" I grinned, she winked at me and walked to stand next to me. I followed Meggy to a room and was greeted with a giant red ship.

"Wowie!" I cartwheeled into the ship and seats came out of no where "Ooh!" I had starry eyes or I guess mask holes.

"Hey DP come sit next to me" Zat patted the seat next to her, I noticed Birdy glare at me.

"Aw! I'm sorry Zat I already promised Meggy I would sit next to her, how bout next time!" She smiled and nodded, I gave Birdy a subtle thumbs up and a wink. He got what I was saying and grinned, he sat next to Zat and started talking to her. I smiled at the site and sat next to Meggy.

'Awww! Young love! Do you think I'll ever find my love!'

'Your a voice in someone's head.'

'Hey! It could happen!'

'Jeez you two go get married before I go crazy!'

'Your already crazy.'

'Yeah!'

'Well you got me there!'

I tuned my voices out "Soooo Meggy can you do any cool stuff like the aliens from the movies!" She looked thoughtful for a moment "Well I can shapeshift"

"Really! That's so cool!"

She smiled "It's a common power for Martians"

"Wowsa!"

Me and Meggy chatted the whole time about and eventually we came across crushes "Sooo You do ya like?" I bumped her, her face turned a darker shade of green.

"Well, I like Superboy, but I think I might have a crush on someone else" She said looking straight at me. I was confused "Hmmm who could Meggy like" I stroked my imaginary beard.

"Oh! We're here!" Meggy announced, the team got ready to exit the ship while Meggy pressed a button making the ship turn invisible and landed it.

I jumped out and stretched "Ah! That's better!"

SOB zoomed up to me "This is your first mission, so don't take on any major threats without our assistance" I gave him a look.

"Dude, I don't know if you remember, but he took down all of them by himself, I think he can handle anything they throw at him" Birdy deadpanned.

I heard a *BOOM* and started running towards it "Come on guys! This'll be fun!"
