Eddsworld Tord x reader - Strangely Sweet

A Wet Mistake PART 1/2

(Don't get the wrong idea, dirty minded people. ;))

It was early morning, about 7 A.M. I had just woken up a few minutes ago, and I was looking out my window at the sunrise. It was pretty. I continued to watch it for a few minutes, smiling, before finally getting up and going over to my dresser, choosing my clothes for the day. I chose a loose, light, camo t-shirt and short, ripped, dark blue jean shorts. I also put on my strapped sandals and a weaved sunhat. I was thinking of going out to the park or something today.
As I adjusted my hat, my phone vibrated. Satisfied, I walked over, grabbed my phone, and checked it as I walked out. As I walked downstairs, I read the text I had just got.

You awake, Y/N?

I didn't recognize the number, but as I walked into the kitchen, I ran into Edd, who was on his phone. He looked at me and laughed. "Well, that answers my question!" he said good-humoredly. I smiled, chuckled, and realized it was him who had texted me. I set him as a contact, and assumed they all had my number, probably from my brother. He WAS the one who told them about me, after all. Against the point though.

"Yep, I'm up, as you can see!" I said brightly. "Morning!" he responded. He then walked back into the kitchen. "Breakfast is cooking." he said. I nodded and followed. Tord was the only other one there. I smiled and sat next to him. He was drinking coffee at the moment, so he smiled at me from the side. Edd took his place at the stove, and we waited, relaxed.

Edd was passing out plates to us four. Tom and Matt had came down while we waited. I was eager, and Matt was too. Tom and Tord looked at us like we were crazy. We all started eating.

Matt and I had finished, Edd was at the sink, and Tom and Tord were finishing up right now. Suddenly, Matt looked up. "Eeedd?" he said, sort of whining. "What is it, Matt?" Edd answered, not turning around. "Can we go to ASDFLand?" he asked. Tom finished and looked at him. "He just went yesterday!" Edd took Tom's plate and nodded. "He's right. Why not somewhere else?" I perked up. "Weee could go to the park?" I suggested. Edd took Tord's plate as he finished as well, and went to wash them both as Tord spoke up. "Or, I have a better idea." he said. We all looked at him, except for Edd. "What is it?!" Matt asked excitedly. Tord looked around at all of us. "We could go to the beach?" he suggested. Matt and I brightened. Tom looked away. "That's actually a pretty good idea." he said quietly. I nodded. "That's a great idea!" Matt exclaimed. Edd finished up and dried his hands, turning to us with a smile. "I agree!" he said. "We can go once everyone's stomach is settled. For now, why don't you all go change?"

Matt didn't hesitate to run up to his room, tripping over a stair on his way. Tom shrugged suit, and was followed suit by Edd, then Tord, then me. I walked straight into my room and fished through my dresser, searching. Sooner or later, I finally found my old bathing suit. I got undressed, put it on, and then put my other clothes back on over it. I also put my hair up into a ponytail while I was there, and grabbed my F/C towel.
After I changed, I headed back downstairs. Matt was there already, and so was Edd. Matt had on a slightly oversized white t-shirt, light purple swim trunks, and light green flip flops and a purple towel over his shoulder. And then Edd. He wore a pale green t-shirt, slightly darker green trunks, and sand-colored flip flops, along with a dark green towel. They were both standing near the door, Edd smiling and Matt bouncing with excitement. I went and joined them, looking up at the staircase, waiting for the other two.

After a few minutes, Tom came down. He wore a black t-shirt, dark blue jean shorts, and black sandals. He also wore what looked like a sailor's hat. "Welp, we're ready to go." I looked him up and down. "But Tord." I said. He walked past me and out the door, getting into the car and waiting for us. "Ready to go."

Tord walked down just then. I looked at him and my eyes widened. He wore a black tank top, but the sleeves were ripped (like him ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) at the shoulders, as though it used to be a shirt. He also wore blood red colored trunks and black sandals, and a red towel over his shoulders. "So, are we ready?" he asked, looking at us. I didn't answer, I was too busy staring. Edd glanced at me with a smirk before looking at Tord. "Yep! Let's go!" and he walked out, getting into the passenger's seat. Tom was already in the driver's seat. Matt cheered and ran to the car, getting in behind Tom. Tord looked at me. I was still staring. He blushed faintly and chuckled, flicking my forehead and walking out. I jolted back to reality, blushed a bit as well, and ran to the car. Tord was getting in already, and I got in after him, shutting the door and buckling. The back was a bit cramped, so I was pressed against Tord, but I sure as Hell didn't mind.
Edd turned and looked at us with a smile as Tom started the car. "You guys ready?" he asked. Tord nodded, while Matt and I gave a cheery "WOOO!" Edd laughed and looked foreward again as Tom pulled out, and we started driving.
