However as these pirates start to go missing, they are never turned in for the bounty. They just simply vanish. Why is that? Should all pirates with high bounties be worried? Luffy, Shanks, and others with such high bounties? Will they not get suspicious of this 'bounty hunter'?
Even the marines start to get unnerved by the fact that this 'bounty hunter' is taking out powerful pirates like they are sitting ducks.
