"Luke, we are going, end of story."

"But mom, I can't just leave Avery like that. Where the hell is she going to go?"

"I don't know. We can figure it out." I hear Liz speak with annoyance in her voice. They have been talking for a long time now but it just now woke me up. I honestly have no clue what they are talking about because I just now caught on to the conversation.

I peep my head out of from under Luke's blanket, making sure to cover up my body completely. If Liz knew what happened last night, I know she will probably kill me. I still feel Luke's fingers laced into mine and it makes my stomach do flips.

"Good morning Avery." Liz smiles towards me once she sees my presence. Luke looks back at me and smiles too as he rubs his thumb over my hand that still rest under the blanket.

"G-Good morning." My voice cracks causing my cheeks to turn pink. It's so embarrassing when I do that and the fact that I know I look a hot mess right now doesn't make the situation any better.

"I'm going to go cook breakfast now. Luke you better tell her about what's going on." Liz glares at Luke before leaving us alone.

Luke doesn't hesitate to pull my body towards him so he can hold me in his arms once Liz leaves.

"Good morning." He whispers in my hair as he leaves a soft kiss on my forehead.

"Good morning." I smile back at him.

"I hope you don't freak out and run away from me today like you did yesterday." Luke nervously chuckles. I still haven't told him what happened and I'm not sure when I will. I'm trying to avoid it as much as possible but I know we will have to talk about it some time unfortunately.

"I promise I won't." I lightly giggle as I snuggle my head into Luke's neck, leaving a few kisses on it.

"Good." Luke hums obviously enjoying my kisses. I don't know why but I've gotten a spurge of confidence when I get sexual with Luke now. I even realized I'm getting a dirty mouth.

"So what do you have to tell me?" I ask as I pull away from kissing his neck. He pouts once I stop but continues talking.

"I have to go out of town to see some family." Luke sighs.

"All the way to Australia?" I start to freak out. What the hell am I going to do when he is that far away from me?

"No, no, no. Not that far." Luke chuckles causing relief to flow through my body. "Just to Arizona. I know it's a really random place but I have some family out there." To me, Arizona is still far even though it's basically right next to California. It's still out of this state.

"How long?" I instantly pout as Luke twirls the ends of my hair.

"Not long. We have a three day weekend so I'll be gone for the majority of it. I'll be back probably Monday afternoon." That's so fucking long. I sigh and Luke catches on to my disappointment. I don't want to be that far away from Luke for that long. I may be over reacting but it seems that Luke and I have spent literally everyday together that I just feel like it's a necessity to be with him.

"Come with me." Luke says completely catching me off guard.

"I can't go with you Luke. That's family." I give him a crazy look. He still seems like it's not a big deal but to me, it is. I would hate to just bombard on family time. It just doesn't seem right.

"I don't see why you can't."

"I just don't want to ruin your family time."

"Avery, it's boring as hell out there. I barely even talk to my family when I go there. I just sit in that hot ass sun and get sunburned." Luke chuckles but has some seriousness in his voice.
