I was tagging along with these two lunatic doctors that I called jackals. There was something about them that can heal any type of blood lost or any wounds but at the same time if their patient wasn't capable of dealing on how they do it, the patient will ended up corpse.

Good thing I'm different.

Anyway, as we walked deeply, I noticed that in every path we walked through there were tons of corpses on the ground and some were fresh one. Those fresh corpses, they took them with us that made me thought of gross but that's their nature so I just let it go. Only few walks away from the corpse ground, we started our camp and I just sit up onto the tree as I watched them do their thing since I don't want to cross their works or whatever shits they were doing to those corpses they took.

Just watching them they send shivers to my skins because they were skinning them I mean literally they were removing the skins of the corpses where the wounds located. Since it was still fresh, it can still bleed but not much as alive specimens. I shook my head from the scene but my veins started to burn like it was going to exploded any minute.

"Damn. My veins looked like Christmas lights from normal green to red to violet to black to white then back on being normal." I sighed as I looked at my arms veins doing exactly what I said and not even realizing that they were already done.

"Ahm, princess we would like to talk to you about the blood we put on you." The short man called me that made me immediately jumped down and he was fell onto his butt out of surprise from my sudden jump.

I chuckled then helped him stand up and we both went inside. Inside was typical rundown cabin and I was surprised on how magical these two can be since in just snapped, they made a small cabin for us to stayed at.

"So what are you going to tell me?" I asked them directly that made the small man slipped unintentionally.

"The blood we put on you were the rare blood from strong family lines like, shifters, tailed foxes, colored phoenix and dragons." The huge man answered my question.

"I see." I nodded in understanding as I kept thinking deeply about it because it has something I have to get used to since their different races.

"Okay, do you thing and I'll do mine and don't disturb me." I told them firmly as I stood up and went to the back of the cabin.

I have to channel my energy and to connect to the bloods been passed on me. I have to exercise them, balance them properly and synchronized them to each other as well to mine. I must learn them along the way before its time for me to go back to school.

As I let myself being locked down deep in the cell with no light to bother what shifting was about to happen to me. I can tell since it was crawling under my skin like it was getting out of control and I know the reason for this one.

Mate-less.

Being mate-less from the beginning can still tolerate of being fallen but on the other way around in being mated then lost, it was totally different story. The feeling of losing someone that engraved within your body and soul was suddenly been ripped off forcedly and it was not so good. Half of yourself was gone and never gonna return to you. Just being without it, choices are vague. Just being a Beast or FALLEN that's only the choice. As beast was like being reborn and finding new mate but FALLEN – it was just being a monster for good.

"If there's another chances to be born once again, I'd rather to be with her. Just Elaine Cross." I chuckled like I'm losing my last light as well my breath.
