As I took my hunter instinct on the higher level ground to see what LJ meant earlier. I was on the pine tree and from this sight I could see fires around the Southern Mount. I closed my eyes for a second then reopened them again with dark but fiery orbs that came from Kuro's eyes.

"Kuro, I need sight of what are they." I linked my beautiful midnight black crow.

'I'm on it but tamer, its up to you to get further since I couldn't get any closer. There was something magical barrier around it.'

"I see get let me see and don't get caught." I told her that she agreed as she also let me see what she was seeing.

What Kuro seeing right now was tons of marching corpses or let just say monster zombies that could compared to the Lord of the Rings but instead of orcs, here we've got zombies. Anyway some of them were making weapons and armors like they were preparing for battle. They all walked aimlessly like they were following something that cannot be seen. Among of these marching corpses, I've got uneasy feeling from those flames like it was protecting something sleeping deep within the mountain.

"Kuro, get out there now." I ordered that she immediately did since I felt the presence of burning flame calling for me.

"LJ, we need a plan." I linked LJ as she waited down on the ground looking around in her defensive mode.

'Let's talk about that later since there was something coming here. Don't go down here.'

As she mentioned it, there was definitely something going on down there like there were patrolling corpses around. So, I put defensive malice to protect LJ from being caught as I continued on cloaking myself within the shadows.

LJ stood her ground as the zombies passed through her without being noticed. I studied them and I was right since there was something controlling them. I saw super thin fiery thread at the back of their heads and it was leading to the crater of the mountain.

The more I looked deeply within the mountain or the connections from the zombies to the mountain, I couldn't bear it anymore. I was getting dizzy and the scent lingering around my nostril as my sight went there, it was something no other rotten monster zombies should have.

"LJ, we must move quickly. There was something in the mountain made me dizzy." I linked to her once again that she agreed.

I jumped from tree to tree while she dashed on foot without being noticed or even her footprints since I was cloaking both of us from any monsters or beasts out here. Along our way, my sight was getting the full image of the FALLEN beast resting within the mountain.

The FALLEN beast was like a dragon but at the same time it was a phoenix – it was indeed a hybrid like us and I could tell that it was once shifter but fell into the FALLEN state. Well, being a FALLEN have tons of issues but more importantly was being rejected by the people you trust or love the most. Or being broken for years and no longer know how to feel any emotions and worst case was being alone and lost to rot like nobody or existing in this time.

"LJ, I think they're waking up something inside the mountain." I linked to her while we kept on our tracks.

I suddenly fell from jumping from tree to tree at the arms of LJ which was the good thing she's with me on this task.

"What's wrong?" she asked me worryingly.

"Strong magic. They were chanting something that I don't make any sense into my ears." I told her while trying to endure the buzzing noises into my ears.
