I Am Me

I am human, I am normal. I go to school, I eat, I sleep, I dream and I give up.

I try my best but I also don't try at all. I am happy but I'm also sad.

I have emotions and I can touch things.

I listen to people speak and I speak.

I am human.

I am not talented but I am enough.

I am me.

And I count just as much as everyone else. I am full of life but I am also drained of it.

I am up in the clouds but I am also firmly grounded.

I know my place but I also step out of line.

I do wrong but I also do right.

I am child born to late but also at the right time.

I am lost but I am also found.

I am many things but what counts the most is that I am me and I am happy with who I am and who I will become.
