19. Teasing You.

After the lunch Nandini came back home while Manik had to leave for an important meeting.

Nandu , how was you day?
Ragini asked as she handed over the glass of water to her.

It was fine Chachi , but very tiering!
Nandini exclaimed as she closed her eyes while resting her head in Ragini's lap while she just combed her hairs with her hand.

OK fine , I will be the showstopper.
Khushi announced as Aaliya jumled in excitment while Arnav just smiled.

But I have a condition.
Arnav and Aaliya looked at Khushi confused as she continued.

Because I don't want to go on the ramp alone and that too in a bridal wear , I want you ( she said pointing at Arnav ) to accompany me wearing a sherwani!
Aaliya was just dumbstruck listening Khushi's condition and just looked at Arnav to know his reaction.

Khushi , you know I don't like all this , then why?
Khushi sighed as she gestured him to come near her which he gladly obliged while Aaliya decided to leave and give the couple some privacy.

Khushi made Arnav sit on his chair while she adjusted herself on his lap as Arnav held her securely.

Arnavji , on that day everyone will know who I am , I won't be the old Khushi Gupta for them , I will become Mrs Arnav Singh Raizada for everyone , and its not that I am not happy , I am very happy but I want to accept this new phase of my life with you by my side , I want want you to hold me as we walk , I want you to tell everyone that I am yours and the same way I want to tell the world that you are mine. I know everyone knows that you are married but they don't know who is that person you are married to , they are going to judge me , and I don't care about that , I just want you to be with me ALWAYS.
Arnav didn't knew what to say , he never thought about all this in this way and he was glad that Khushi poured her heart out to him and made an effort to make him understand what all she really wants , it was the first time that he felt her claiming her right on him otherwise it was always him who claimed his right on her and this made him very happy , he knew what all she'll have to go through once everyone knows who she is and he was already planning to do something about it but after listening to her he decided to do whatever she wanted him to do , because all he cares about is Khushi and her happiness.

It was 12:30 am when Manik entered the room silently trying not to wake Nandini up but to his surprise as soon as he closed the door the lights were switched on and Nandini was sitting on the bed with her puffy sleepy eyes.

Nandini why are you awake till now?
Manik asked as he sat down beside her taking her Into a hug.

I can't sleep without holding you.
Manik smiled hearing her as he placed a kiss on her forehead.

Did you have dinner?
Nandini asked.

Yes , I did , and you?
Nandini nodded her head telling him that she had her dinner.

Nandini , I am really sorry , I really didn't wanted to hurt you , I was just teasing you.
Manik apologized as Nandini smiled.

And so was I.
Manik looked at her confused as she smiled brightly.

You think only you can tease me? No Mr Malhotra , even I can tease you.
Manik smiled hearing her as he tickled her while she laughed and begged him to stop.

Mrs Nandini Manik Malhotra , this time I am leaving you , next time I won't leave you , now you sleep , I'll just change and come.
Nandini nodded as Manik left to change into casual outfit but not before placing a peck on her forehead.

Mom , I know Manik and Nandini don't need anything from us but mom I have always wanted to gift Nandu something on her wedding , and my gift is ready too , but...
Ragini smiled hearing Abhi , she know what Nandini and Abhi meant for each other , after the death of Nandini's parents she went into a shell and the only person who was able to break that shell and bring back the old Nandini was Abhi , they both love each other immensely , they can fight with anyone for eachother , whether its an outsider or Ragini & Nachiket themselves.

But what Abhi?
Ragini asked as Abhi looked at her.

I don't know if Manik will like it or not.
Ragini smiled.

Look Abhi , Nandu is your sister and you have a right on her which will never change , it doesn't matter if she is married or not , and whatever you want to gift her is totally your choice and I am sure Manik won't mind it at all , he will understand you , and if you still have any doubt then you can discuss it with him.
Ragini explained as Abhi nodded.

I think you are right mom , I will talk to Manik about it , thank you mom  , I love you!
Abhi said hugging her As she mumerred back an I love you too.

Sir as far as my findings , the people are  following Aadarsh sir , Arnav sir & Manik sir , no one else.
Abhay was confused , if there was any enemy then they would follow only on of them but here all three of them are being followed.

Listen , try to find out who is the person behind these people, I don't want anyone of them hurt , do anything but get me the Master mind and what all he is trying to do.
Abhay ordered as the detective left.

I think I should inform Aadarsh Bhai about this , maybe he knows something.
Abhay thought to himself as he called Aadarsh.

Yes Abhay. What's up bro?
Aadarsh  asked as he picked up the call.

I am good bro , where are you right now?
Abhay asked.

Where will I be Abhay? In my office.
Aadarsh replied confused.

Are you busy or have any meeting?
Abhay asked making Aadarsh more confused.

No but why?
Aadarsh asked.

Nothing Bhai , I am coming to your office , I'll reach there in Half an hour OK bye!
Aadarsh was confused with his talks but waited for Abhay to come.
