I attempt to click the snooze button missing a few times I finally just unplug the alarm clock. "Wake up Beatris" says my brother Caleb, ugh he's such an erudite he's always going to school at 7:30 exactly when you don't have to be there until 8:00."the early bird catches the wo-" I stop him by throwing one of my pillows at him. "I'm up Caleb!" I say " okay well mom making breakfast" so? I say in careless voice " its chocolate chip pancakes!" WHY DIDNT YOU SAY SO IN THE FIRST PLACE!!" I say probably loader than I should of have. Caleb closes the door behind him once I got out of bed.

Today was my first day at a new school. I just moved to Chicago, which means I'm going to be the only one who doesn't know anyone. But you never know... I run to the bathroom and take a quick shower. I still had horrible morning breath, I get out the shower, and brush my teeth. I but on my favorite black crop top and some black tights, I put my hair in a ponytail and put on some light mascara. I put on my black boots and head down stairs. ( I think you could guess what my favorite color is)

Once I'm downstairs I see my mom putting pancakes on a plate i walk over quite quickly. "So honey are you ready for your new school and new year?" Says my mom " well it's going to be different" I say "yes it is its a big change you'll be fine your going to be miss.popular after today" she states " wheres dad?" "Oh he had to work early today but he'll be home when it's dinner time" "okay" is all I say ever since he got this job he's been working earlier than usual.

I finish my pancakes and hug my mom goodbye. I run out the door and hop in my black Mercedes and off the school I went. Divergent high here I come.
