Once I'm here at school I park my car and head up to the office to get my schedule. I started to speed walking realizing the time 8:35 on my phone. I start to jog a little and of course the Clumsy girl I am I run into somebody "eek!"'says the girl she had kind of a mocha skin tone with brown hair that when to her shoulders. " I'm so sorry I wasn't watching where I was going!" I say. "No no it's fine are you new?" "Ya actually right know before I ran into you I was heading to the office to get my schedule." "COOL ME TOO!" She says with her high pitch voice. "I'll walk you there" she's says " thanks oh by the way I'm Christina but you can call me Chris or c but never call me Tina or Christy I hate those names " she says as she giggles " I'm -" I stop for a second and realize do I want to be called Beatris for the rest of my high school year!?! I think for a couple of minutes realizing I totally left her hanging I quickly find a name " I'm tris" "ohh! I like that name!" Let's head up to the office she says and of the office we went

We get up to the office and see a secretary I walk over and she smiles and says "what can I do for you today?" "I'm here to pick up my schedule Beatris prior." I say "Beatris prior......ah here you are! Here is you schedule and your locker number and code!" Have a good first day!" "Thank you" is all I say before Christina pulls me over and takes my schedule out of my hands. "EKKKKKK" she says almost scaring me to death. " WE BOTH HAVE ALMOST ALL THE SAME CLASSES TOGETHER!!" I look at my schedule and I read of both of ours.

Come on lets go to our lockers! She says we race down to our lockers she was two lockers down from me. I was locker 646 my locker combination was 6-4-10 😏
I open my locker and start putting pictures of my brother and I and my old soccer team and cheerleader squad and but my book bag in and as soon as I did that Christina snook up behind me "ugh stop scaring me like that!" I say with a giggle "sorry, OMG tris!? You where a cheerleader?! What oh ya I was the team captain I say trying not to brag. "That's so cools you should try out for cheerleading this year!" You think? Is what I say" of course! It will be fun ohh and Marlene and Lynn can join to!" "Who?" I say "OMG YOU HAVENT MET MY FRIENDS YET!!!" FOLLOW" I follow her down the hall and see a group of people. I walk over and see a few girls and boys.

Hey guys is what Christina says I stay quite "this is tris!" "Hi" I say. Hey everyone says "tris this is Uriah and his big brother zeke. Hey tris says Uriah he comes over to me and whispers something to me. You arin't a pansy cake are you? He says "nope never was never will be" Uriah stands up and hugs me "I like her already" he shouts zeke comes over and says hey and fist bumps me. Christina continues this is lynn and her sister shauna they both say hi at the same time. They seem like really nice girls. And this is Marlene " nice to meet you tris" she says giving me a hug "um thanks you to" and this is my boyfriend will" she says I look at will and he has some blond hair kinda like mine but little brighter " hey tris welcome to divergent high" he says "thanks" Christina continues and this is- she stops very quickly hey she says wheres four? Zeke says "oh he texted me a few minutes ago he's running late. "Oh" well tris you have to meet him later like at lunch or something. Well tris lets goto math "okay I say" and gave everyone a wave goodbye. They all responded with a bye tris or see you at lunch! Soon anough where in math.
