Chapter 24- Missing You.

Jasmine’s POV. 

It been 2 weeks since I’ve been back home from Magcon LA and I miss Shawn so much it makes my stomach hurt. I also haven’t talked to Cam this whole 2 weeks either whatever I did to hurt him I don’t know but I must of done something bad because we have never gone this long without talk since we’ve know each other. It makes me sad I love him so much as a best friend and I don’t want to lose him. 

Ok enough Jasmine, I tried talking to him but he won’t reply and doesn’t bother if he wanted to talked to you he would just forget about it. I try and convince myself. But it wasn’t working. I was just laying there in bed thinking about all the possible things that I could’ve done wrong when I got interrupted with my phone ringing *beep beep* I rolled over and it was a face time with Shawn. Oh shit I look like crap I quickly patted my hair trying to make it look presentable and clicked answer. 

“Morning gorgeous” Shawn greeted me smiling. I blushed and returned the favour “Morning Shawn” I smiled “Even though I look terrible. I still answered because I miss you so much and I need to talk to you” I continued. He widen his eyes and started speaking “Jasmine you are always beautiful, and I miss you so much too, I can’t wait to see you in 1 more week.” he said. “I smiled and blew him a kiss he pretended to catch it. We have a really dorky cute relationship. What can I say we are just are like that. “I am so excited” I said emphasizing the word excited. “Me too. Well tell me what’s on your mind princess” He said. I seriously loved all the nicknames he would call me it made me feel special and well loved and protected and I felt that way with Shawn. 

We ended up talking about a lot of things. Like how Niki and I started doing covers on vine and youtube and he complimented our singing voices. Also how Emma is doing great now she is feeling heaps better now and is out of the hospital. And we talked about how Cameron is acting super wired around both of us for a while. Then he was telling me about how everything is going with his little sister and how he was asked to sing/be a performer at a 16 year old girl’s party which he gladly excepted and I though that was the cutest thing ever. (He hasn’t ever done that I don’t think but let’s pretend aye ;)). 

We were talking for a least an hour when we both decided that we should probably get up and go be with our families so we said goodbye to each other and I made my way to the bathroom to have a shower. I hopped in the shower and I felt absolutely amazing I love having shower almost my favourite part of the day besides sleeping. I got out of the shower and on a black crop top with denim high wasted shorts and then I tied a long sleeve red and black checkered button up around my waste and headed downstairs. 

I walked downstairs to be greeted by Matthew with Niki on his lap fully making out. They were a full on couple now he asked her to be his girlfriend after their first massive date last weekend. And unfortunately for me they have been inseparable ever since. Reminding me everyday that Shawn isn’t here with me. *Cough* “Umm hey guys sorry to interrupted but there are thing called bedrooms where you can do that so people like me don’t have to see all that” I said waving my hand around. They both stopped and looked at me Matthew started laughing and Niki started speaking “Sorry Jaz” she said. “It’s ok, I was only joking” I said laughing and walking into the kitchen. I grabbed a banana in case you guys haven’t figured out already that I loved banana’s I love BANANA’S. They are my favourite food. I’m healthy. 

“Please tell me the love bugs aren’t making out again” I heard someone yelling as they came into my vision I saw Taylah holding crispy cremes in one hand and covering her eyes with the other hand hand. I laughed at her reaction. “No don’t worry I stopped them already” I said. She sighed in relief. “Oh thank god. I did not want another reminder, reminding me that Jack isn’t here” she said and then widen her eyes because she just realised she just said that. “Oh Em Gee, Tay, you really like hime don’t you?” I said grabbing a donut. I can be unhealthy too don’t worry ;). “Yes, but I swear if you tell anyone I just said that I will cut you” She said pointing at me. “Ok ok I promise my lips are sealed.” I said putting my arms up for surrender. 

“So what are we gonna do today?” she asked. “I was gonna take Emma to the park wanna come?” I said. “Yeah I’d love too, where is that little princess!” Taylah said she loved kids she was great with them too. She likes to deny it. But we all know once she see’s a little kid her eye light up with joy. I honestly think it’s her weak spot. I also think she has a weak spot for Jack J. But she likes to deny that as well. 

I asked Matt and Niki if they wanted to get off their rumps and come with us to the park which they agreed to. Matthew has been really over protected of Emma at the moment and he wants to make sure she doesn’t hurt herself again. I understood completely because I feel the same way. 

We all walked into Emma’s room and she was just sitting on her mat playing with her barbie’s. “Hey Emma, wanna go to the park with us!” I said she looked up at all of us. “I would love too.” she said jumping up and hugging all of us. She loved hanging with us it made her feel all grown up it was cute. 

“MUM WERE ALL GOING TO THE PARK WITH EMMA, WE’LL BE BACK LATER” Matt yelled out to mum who was in the office doing work. 

“OK HONEY BE SAFE, ESPECIALLY YOU, EMMA DON’T GO HURTING YOURSELF AGAIN OK?” Mum yelled. 

“I WON’T, I PROMISE, DAD” she said and suddenly covered her mouth after she said that. 

I was the only one who could see mum and mum just automatically put her head down and started to sob. I walked over. “Mum it’s ok she didn’t mean to say that it was a mistake” I said rubbing her back. She lifted her head up and looked at me. “Thanks honey.” She weakly smiled up at me siting in her chair. “Always mum” I said and walked back over to everyone giving them a nod indicating that everything was ok. 

We arrived at Emma’s favourite park and made our way down there. It was basically just Emma, Taylah and I because Matt and Niki went and climbed the big tree and have been up there for about an hour. 

Emma was having so much fun with Taylah I was watching them too play. I haven’t seen Emma laugh this much since before dad died. Emma and dad were the closest and she loved him with every piece of her. She still does but I have’t seen her this happy since then an it makes me happy. I told you Taylah has a soft spot for kids. 

We were playing in the park for a while until we all decided it was getting dark and we should probably head home. We all walked home and laughed and talked and just enjoyed each other’s company in general besides Matt and Taylah who were at each other’s throats which made Niki, Emma and I laugh. 

Today has been a good day even though Shawn wasn’t here to share this great day with I’m positive we will have heaps more of these sort of good feeling kind of days together.
