Chapter 8: It Begins

"Damn why is there so many stairs!?" Issei complained
"Quit complaining Issei we don't have time for that, we need to hurry up and save Asia before they take away her sacred gear, or do you want her to die?" Kiba asked him
"No I don't want that....yea let's go" Issei said as he ran down the stairs

With Gasper and Kari
"Uncle Gasper?" Kari said suddenly as both her and Gasper were watching Tom and Jerry (sorry had too)
"Yes Kari?" Gasper replied confused
"Mom, Dad, Aunt Akeno, Uncle Kiba, Uncle Issei, you, and Aunty Koneko have powers right?" Kari asked
"Um yea, we all have powers why do you ask?" Gasper asked
"It's just that I have a power too" Kari said as Gasper's eyes widened
"What?" Gasper asked
"I can see the future, and I can see ghosts, and...and I'm a Soul Reaper" Kari said as her Zanpakuto appeared

"Her name is Yōsei no joō no bara" Kari said (Fairy Queen of Roses)

"That's not all that I know, something bad is going to happen, it's going to cause mom a lot of pain,them  Dad....he will cry and be in great pain, it's destinied to happen, The Destiny, told me so" Kari said as she began to cry
"Shhh, don't worry Kari, Rias and Ray are very powerful, they won't be beaten so easily, I'll tell Ray about your powers ok?" Gasper said as he comfort her, as Kari smiled and shook her head
"No, thank you Uncle, but I want to tell them myself when they get back" Kari said
"Alright then" Gasper said as they continued to watch TV

Ray, Irene, and Runa
"So Ray, when do you plan on telling her how you feel?" Runa asked Ray
"Huh what do you mean?" Ray replied
"Don't play dumb, I see the way you look at Rias, you like her don't you" Runa said with smile as Ray blushed
"Um um um um I don't know what you're talking about" Ray said
"Ray don't try to lie, it's pretty obvious" Irene said
"Sigh...alright yes it's true, I like her, but she doesn't like me like that, besides her father is going to make her marry someone so there's no reason for me to tell her, it's not going to change anything, me and her just aren't meant to be, just leave this topic alone" Ray said with a look of sadness, but it then turn to shock as Irene punched him with strength he couldn't believe she had, as he was sent flying back he crashed into a nearby tree as when he made impact it broke and fell down next to him, however as he got up, he looked at her confused, while she glared at him
"So you're telling me that you would rather she be force to marry someone, and you won't do a damn thing about it?! What happened to the dragon who promised he would protect her from anyone who would cause her harm, because according to Akeno and Kiba, all the men her father picked so far have tried to hurt her in some way, and you've always been there to protect her, so are you telling me, that since you think you know that she doesn't have the same feelings, you're going to give up on her! Are you!? Answer me damn it, fucking answer me Ray Alduin Fade" Irene yelled at him with anger and a glare so terrifying that Ray began to shake as did Runa
Ray looked at her shocked but then he smiled
"Hehe, I don't recall ever saying that I was giving up on her, because no matter what, I am her pawn, her bodyguard, her friend......her family, just because she doesn't feel the same, doesn't mean I'm going to abandon her, she never abandoned me, and I won't abandon her....because I....I love her, always have, always will" Ray said as both Irene and Runa smiled at him
"I see" Irene said
"Also...." Ray said
"Yes?" Irene asked
"Why the fuck did you punch me, that shit fucking hurt and did you really have to glare at me like that, it was fucking terrifying!!!" Ray yelled at her
"Hehehe my bad, sorry about that" Irene said as she rubbed the back of her head nervously
"But you didn't answer my question, are you going to tell her or not?" Runa said
"Yes I will........when the time is right" Ray said as she nodded her head in acceptance
"I just hope nothing happens until then" Ray muttered
"Come we need to meet up with the others let's go" Ray said as he carried his sister bridal style and his wings spouted out of his back as did Irene's and Runa's as they flew towards the abandoned church and were then stopped by someone else, a man and a women, most likely both were primordials
