Chapter 12: Dragons

Three weeks later
End of winter break

"Man we have school again damn it" Ray said as he walked along aside of his three girlfriends
"Oh come on Ray, school not that bad" Rias said
"True but it's really boring" Lily said
"And the guys always try to hit on us" Irene said
"Yo hi everyone!" Issei said as he walked hand and hand with Akeno as Asia walked with them
"Oh hey guys where's Kiba, Runa, and Luna?" Ray asked as Issei shrugged
"Don't know we thought they were with you" Akeno said
"Kiba probably still down about not being able to tell his crush his feelings damn shame too" Ray said as everyone nodded
"Hey everyone!" Kiba said as he waved at them as Runa, and Luna walked behind him
"There you guys are, where have you been?" Irene asked
"Our teacher wouldn't let us out, because she wanted to lecture us about being responsible and all that boring stuff" Runa said as everyone laughed at them
"Man that had to suck, I'm glad I'm not in your class" Lily said
"Oh yeah, I heard a fight broke out, brother were you the cause of it?" Luna asked Ray
"Hey it wasn't my fault that perv touch my girls' ass, there was no way he was getting out of that one" Ray said as everyone laughed at him
"It was sweet though" Irene said as the three hugged him
"Anyway we're going to your house Issei today for our club meeting" Rias said
"Huh what why?" Issei asked
"Because our club house monthly clean up is happening today so come on lead the way to your house" Akeno said as Issei sighed and began to walk in the direction of his house
"Ray where is Kari and Daisy I haven't seen them around the club house so?" Irene asked
"My mom tooked them to the underworld and has them going to a daycare there, so that I won't have to worry about something happening to them" Ray explained as they nodded
"By the way, I'm going to buy a house" Ray said suddenly as Rias, Lily, and Irene looked at him
"When and where?" Rias asked
"Sometime this week and near the school" Ray said as they nodded
"We're moving in with you, you know" Lily said as Ray sweat dropped
"Yeah, I know" Ray said as he became lost in thought
I can't let them know what I plan to do Ray thought as Yuzu appeared next to him
"You know it might be safer if you tell them rather than keep it a secret" Yuzu said as Ray sighed
Yuzu I will not allow them to get involved in my fights, especially against the Soldiers of God and the Dragon Slayers, I refuse to put my friends and girlfriends in danger Ray mind messaged Yuzu
"I know Ray, but what if you end up needing help or worse you end up getting killed! Please Ray, think about it first before you go through with your plan" Yuzu said as Ray nodded
When everyone finally made to Issei's house, Issei's mother of course brought out old baby pictures of him, which of course everyone looked at and some laughed at him while he sat in corner as a sad aura surrounded him
"Oh cheer up Issei we all have parents or parent figures that do this, hell my mom has some of all us" Ray said as everyone laughed at his comment
"Ray come look at this" Kiba said calmly but one could see anger in his eyes which Ray noticed and walked over to him and looked at the picture that Kiba was referring too, what he saw shocked him and also pissed him off
"Issei do you remember this sword?" Ray asked as Kiba showed Issei the sword in the picture
"No I dont all I remember is that it belonged to my friend's father that's about it" Issei said truthfully
"I see, well for one Issei this sword, is a Holy Sword, more specifically it's a piece of Excalibur" Ray said with hate and anger, which was noticed by everyone especially when Kiba is glaring at the sword, as Rias, Akeno, and Koneko all thought the same thing

"Um do you have a bad history with that sword?" Issei asked nervously
"Yes we do" Kiba said bluntly
"Do you know where your friend is now?" Ray asked
"No I don't I kinda forgot about him, as I grew up since they moved away" Issei said as Ray nodded
"Damn it!" Kiba yelled as everyone looked at the two that were usually the calm and connected ones, now they were the opposite of that
"In all honestly I never would've had thought that I would see Issei of all people in a picture with a piece of Excalibur, it kinda pisses me off, those pieces should've been destroyed along with the Soldiers of God and the Dragon Slayers" Ray said as Kiba sighed as the tension in the air became thicker, that one could cut it with a knife
"Kiba I think it would be best if we left, for now until we calm down" Ray said as Kiba nodded and put his hand on Ray shoulder as they teleported away as Koneko, Akeno, and Rias sighed in relief as everyone looked at them
"Do you know what that was about?" Asia asked as they nodded
"Yes, however we can not tell you about their past and their connections to the Holy Swords that's their story to tell" Akeno said as everyone nodded but it was clear they were disappointed by Akeno's answer
