Ray and Rias stared at each other with emotionless eyes as the two walked towards each other when the two were face to face, they just stared at one another not moving nor saying a word, as their aura began to grow larger as Ray gave off a lot of heat, suddenly the two disappeared as shockwaves appeared throughout the Dimensional Gap
"Power Rush" Rias said as she rushed at Ray with great speed as Ray dodged her strikes as she then fired a powerful blast at Ray who dodged it as well
"Demon Dragon Roar!" Ray yelled as he fired a powerful breath attack at Rias who flew out of the way as Ray flew after her as the two began to exchange punches and kicks again
"Dragon Bane" Rias said as she glowed blue as her speed and power increased dramatically, shocking Ray as Rias punched him in the face sending him flying back
"Burning Flare!" Ray yelled as a circle of fire appeared behind him as a vortex of flames shot towards Rias who charged an attack in her hands
"Silver Cannon!" Rias yelled as she fired a powerful silver magic blast at the fire as the two caused a explosion
"Dragon Fist!" Ray yelled as he punched forward as a sliver ki dragon shot towards Rias
"Dragon Fist!" Rias yelled as she punched forward as a red ki dragon shot towards the silver one as the two attacks collided neither being able to push the other one back, until the red one grew in size as it consumed the silver one as Ray grunted in pain as he was dragged throughout the Dimensional Gap as he then grabbed Rias' fist dispelling the red dragon as he kicked her away
"Ka" Ray said as he charged an attack in his hands as Rias fired multiple magic attacks at him
"Me" Ray said as he dodged the attacks left and right
"Ha" Ray said as Rias shot a giant beam of destruction magic at Ray
"Me" Ray said as he teleported out of the way of the blast
"Haaa!" Ray yelled as he appeared in front of Rias and fired a powerful blue ki blast at Rias however, Rias saw through it and blast Ray away shocking him as her attack over powered his as he was launch away from her as he scream in pain

"Do you think Ray will be able to win?" Issei asked
"No" Azazel said as he appeared as did Vali and his team
"Why not?" Akeno said as she had an enraged look
"He won't win because knowing Ray he'll try to beat Rias without using the power of his sacred gear, that's just how Ray is, Rias will just absorbed his power little by little until there is nothing left but a shell" Azazel said
"Wait but if that happens then Ray might be able to trigger Ultra Instinct, and if that happens he'll win" Kiba said as Towa and Cortana appeared
"He won't win even with that" Towa said as everyone turned to face them
"Why not, he has beaten titans with that form" Koneko said as Cortana sighed
"They weren't at full power at the time, also the form Ray is using is incomplete" Cortana said
"What do you mean incomplete?" Lily asked
"Ray has unlock the absolute defense part of Ultra Instinct but he has yet to unlock the absolute offense part of Ultra Instinct, have you noticed that when he used Ultra Instinct, he has incredible dodging capacities, but when he attacks the power behind the strikes is weak and he can't seem to land a deciding blow?" Towa asked as they nodded
"Yes but" Irene said
"During battle thousands no millions of thoughts run through one's head, with Ultra Instinct, these same thoughts with dull attacks, in other words, he's just wasting stamina, unless Ray masters Ultra Instinct right now, he will lose, however it is very unlikely he'll master it right now, other Gods of Destruction have lived a lot longer than Ray and have trained a lot more and have yet to even unlock Ultra Instinct, so his chances don't look good" Cortana said
"He'll master it" Issei said as everyone looked at him
"And what makes you so sure boy?" Towa asked Issei as he grinned
"He's Ray, he is known for doing the impossible, and plus he is not one to go down without a fight, Ray will win, with or without Ultra Instinct" Issei said as everyone there smiled as Artemis and Apollo appeared
"Hello everyone I think it would be best if you saw this" Apollo said
"Iris goddess of the rainbow, accept my offering and show me Ray Alduin Fade" Artemis said as she threw a gold coin in the air as it disappeared as an Iris message appeared in front of them showing Ray and Rias fighting
