Peggy's Point Of View

"I can't believe you're jealous!"
"I'm not!"
"Whatever."

I can't believe we're having this conversation. Maria's jealous because Hercules and I were cuddling when she walked in. Why'd she just walk in, anyway? Herc is standing awkwardly to the side, head down. I'm standing protectively in front of him as Maria tries to hit him,
"Stop it, Maria!" I yell, keeping her at bay.
"I'm not cuddling with anyone! Or sleeping with them, either!"

I fall back, right onto Herc, who gently pushes me forward,
"We weren't sleeping together!"
"I saw you in the same bed last night when I past."
"So we slept in the same bed? We're best friends!"

She scoffs, rolling her eyes. I don't understand what she said next, but I push her,
"Get out, Reynolds."

I wait until she was out of the room before I whimper. Hercules wraps his arms around me, whispering into my ear,
"It's okay, Peg... sh.."

I stand, shaking a little,
"Let's go to the bar."

Herc seems a little surprised,
"Peggy, are you sure?" I nod, taking his hand without a word and leading him out.

Laurens' Point Of View

[Message Received 12:15pm]
Yo, come to the bar for a drink!

I smile, standing. I wasn't expecting that so soon. I pull on my jacket, turning to say goodbye to James, but I remember he's out with Thomas. I sigh. If it wasn't for me, James would probably be crying right now. Why was that decision in my hands?

I close the door and head out.

I reach the bar quickly, to see Herc, Peggy and Alexander. I almost immediately hesitate. Taking a breath, I walk in. Maybe he's over it. Hopefully he's over it.

"What is he doing here?"

I stop, and lean against a table to stop myself from falling. Those words hurt. They always would. I know why he's angry. But it still hurts.

"Alex, come on. There's probably an explanation."
"Yeah, probably."

I look beside Herc to see Lafayette. He doesn't look happy. I... This is all my fault.

"This is all my fault..."

Hercules stands,
"It's not your fault! It's Thomas'."
"Don't blame Thomas! I saw John kissing him back just as much!"

My jaw drops. Is he... protecting Thomas? And... He thinks I was kissing!? God, the nerve he has.
"I was not kissing him! He cornered me when I went outside. I tried so damn hard to get him off me." Alex looks at me in disbelief. I bite my lip; he doesn't believe me.

I pull out my phone, sighing angrily.
"You don't believe me? Let's see then, shall we?" I dial a number, growling quietly as I put it onto speaker.

"What do you want, Laurens?"
"Tell them, Thomas. Tell Lafayette and Alexander the truth about the kiss. Right now."
"There's no truth to tell. They already know what happened."
"Seriously?"
"Yes, John, seriously."

I end the call abruptly, dialling another number.
"Hang on, Thomas. What's up, John?"
"I lied before. About the sandwich."
"What do you mean?"
"Thomas kissed me."

I hear faint yelling, before crackling.

"How fucking dare you, Laurens?!"
"I told you I wouldn't. But you refused to tell the truth. You've ruined my relationship, now I'm ruining yours'."

The phone drops from my hand as I feel another's hand wrap around my wrist. Tightly. Turning, I see Alexander. He picks my phone up and ends the call.
"Why would you do that?!"
"I'm telling the truth, Alexander! He kissed me! I hate the guy!"
"You avoided me. You didn't come to see me right after." The grip tightens.
"I felt sick! I couldn't think straight!"
"Sure you couldn't!" His grip on my wrist was extremely tight, and it starts to hurt. I notice the boys standing close by in case something happened.
"Fuck, Alex, let go..." I whisper, wincing.
"Excuse me?"

I can't speak anymore. All the words are gone. There's nothing I can say that will make him let go. Nothing at all. Shit.

"You fucking piece of shit!"

The pain was the last thing I felt before everything went black.

Hercules' Point Of View

I race forward, tackling Alex to the ground,
"What the hell are you doing, Alex?!"

Lafayette is gently picking up John, who's currently unconscious. Alex got pissed off all of a sudden and just punched him straight in the head.

"I, uh... Did I actually just punch him?"
"Yeah. You did. And I'm about to punch you if you don't sort out your mind."
"Shit, I'm sorry. Is he... John?"
"Unconscious."
"I can't believe-"

I stand up,
"Shut up. Go home."

Alex nods, and looks around. Laf and John are gone, probably to the ER.

I move back to the bar, where Peggy has downed many more drinks that when I moved before. I order some shots and drink them with Peg.

~

I stumble into the dorm, Peggy by my side. When we're in, she closes the door and, unexpectedly, smashes her lips against mine. I don't hesitate as I kiss back.

She pushes me to the bed, which I allow. We continue kissing, as I take her hair out of a ponytail and zipping her shirt down.

Whether this is a mistake or not, I'll find out tomorrow.

-=-

Don't hate me! I know there are a lot of ships that are sinking right now, but some are getting back together.
I like the drama.

Alex may or may not be nice to Thomas from here on in. Not the point.
