Chapter 33

I literally just got off the boat when Emma said Henry was in trouble.
He was hiding from flying monkeys in a barn.
I sighed through my nose.
As long as he has my necklace he'll be safe.
We ran to the barn he was at and I ducked as one flew at me.
I moved to the right and in one swipe I cut the creature's wings off.
It cried out in pain but I ignored it as I barged though the doors to see the witch nearing my nephew.
I threw my dagger at her and in a swift motion I was in front of Henry, shielding him from her magic.
She laughed,"Do you really think you can stop me?" She asked.
"I can." We turned around to see Regina using light magic.
I watched as they fought and when Regina won I hugged Henry and kissed his cheek.
Then a wave of magic cut through the air and the next thing I knew, Henry was hugging me back.
"I remember." He said.
I wrapped my arms around him and held him close.
He held on to me and then Papa and Emma came towards us.
He remembers. I signed.
Papa translated to Emma and she immediately started hugging Henry.
I stepped back and glanced at the witch. She looked angry at Regina and when she saw me, she put on a mask and smiled at me.
I glared at her and turned back to Henry.
After the witch was taken to jail, we all went to Granny's to celebrate.
While everyone did, I decided to get some fresh air. I stepped outside into the cold crisp air.
I took a deep breath and released it as I could see my breath.
I sat down in a chair with a cup of hot chocolate in my hands.
"Melody."
I turned to see Henry walking to me.
I raised my eyebrow in question.
"Here."
He held up my necklace and I gently took it from him.
I put it over my head and sighed in relief as I felt whole again.
"Thanks for letting me borrow it, I know how much it means to you."
I nodded and took a sip from my drink.
I heard him sit next to me and I watched him.
"I'm sorry about your voice." He said.
I shrugged.
"I can ask Regina to fix it." He thought out loud.
I raised my eyebrow again as I remembered her trying to kill me.
Then Henry ran into the diner and came back with the Evil Queen.
"Can you give Melody's voice back?" Henry asked.
His mother flicked her wrist and when I opened my mouth to speak, nothing happened.
My eyes widened as Regina frowned.
"I don't understand, my magic should have worked."
She flicked her wrist again and still nothing happened.
My voice...
It's not coming back.

Hey, sorry it's short. I've been extremely busy with school and stuff. I'll try to post when I can.
