🌷twenty six🌷

You jumped up from your couch and ran to your room to put an actual pair of pants on and some shoes.

You threw a hoodie on- which was coincidently tylers. you put your hair up and ran out the door with your phone in your back pocket.

You felt so bad. You felt what you felt when you left Tyler at first, all the feelings coming back twice as bad making you want to drop to your knees.

You tried to call Tyler, Josh, Halsey. You tried calling everybody but no one answered.

so you ran you, ran until you couldn't feel your legs. the weather not making up its mind as it starts to sprinkle. you find yourself back at your old high school.

it was closed for the weekend and the front doors were locked. but you remember from countless nights sneaking in to watch tyler practice for basketball or finding him in the music room playing the piano crying/singing that they always left the side doors open.

you run to the side of the building and open the doors smiling opened.

you dont know why your brain and body took you here but you weren't questioning it.you walked into the school and it looks the same as before. you walkied into A-hall where you first met tyler. you smile sadly before walking down the hall dragging your hand across the wall.

it was about a month into school and you were new which means everyone else knew their schedules and knew where their classes were. you were shy but once you got to know person you let your goofy side come out.

you felt probably about 3 people looking at you. at the time you didnt know they were josh and brendon telling tyler to go talk to you.

tylers eyes fell on you as soon as you walked past him and he was just staring until brendon starting pushing him towards you.

you were getting your locker open you heard quick whispers and shuffling of feet. tyler quickly acted like he wasnt staring at you like a creep. "hey" he finally said.

you looked at him and smiled "hi" tha was the first time he saw your beautiful smile and he was star struck. "you seem lost are you new" he asked after a moment of just looking at one another.

"actually i am and i have no fucking clue where my classes are."

"oh my well lemme see your schedule maybe i can help" he chuckled and you saw his smile and you knew he was your forever.

you smiled as you walked upstairs walking into c-hall. you walked into your sophomore writing class that you had with tyler where he asked you to homecoming (writing class was your last class). and him being the captain of the basketball team it was kind of a big deal.

you were worried when tyler didnt make it to class and when she got a text from tyler telling her to come to the roof she ran out the room not even asking if she can excuse herself.

you ran to the door that led to the roof confused when you saw the whole cheerleader squad spread out along the stairs. some were guys some were girls.

each one handed you a rose as you walked by the guys handed you red roses and girls handed you white roses.

by time you reached the top you were holding a bouquet of roses without thorns.
