<Venus POV>

"What we are, what are you talking about?" I babbled.

"Oh come off it, whoes children are you?" She continued.

"Look, we really have no idea what you are on about!" Scorpio denied.

"And I have seen your tattoos. I saw them glow. I saw the sparks around you no one else saw. I know what you are, your children of Gods, whoes children are you, Hermes, Athena, Spartacus?"

"Look, ok yes we are, I'm a child of Aphrodite, and Scorpio is the child of Fate."

"Venus," Scorpio warned.

"I knew it, though I didn't expect you to come from such high powered Goddesses. I mean Fate. WOW."

"But you can't tell anyone, please." I begged

"Come on I'm not that stupid. Why would I shoot myself in the foot?" Pandora said.

"Huh?" Me and Scorpio said simultainiously.

"I'm a child of a god also." she stated.

"Prove it show us your mark." Scorpio is always a level headed thinker.

"I'll only show if you show me both of yours." We silently agreed. "Venus first," she continued. I lifed the base of my shirt to show the interweaving pattern of the hearts and roses.

"Now Scorpio," so Scorpio removed his shirt to show the tattoo of his scorpion on his georgeous back. It almost made me drool. ALMOST.

"Now you," said Scorpio. So she lifted the base of her shirt as I had to show, a mark of bones connected to each other making a chain around her waist, and right at the front was a skull.

"I'm the child of Hades, don't you get it and annagram of Desha is...."

"Hades!" Scorpio breathed."Venus get away from her, her father is the most evil of all gods."

"Hey, am still here," she said "listen I hate my dad, as much as anyone, I would do anything to stay away from him."

"Scorpio, I beleive her," I said quitely, it was the first thing I had said in about 10 minutes. He looked at me and I gave him a small smile then he turned towards Pandora. "Fine, we shall give you one chance, blow it and you'll be living forever with your dad in a pit of souls." The threat rolled of his tounge and gave me shivers. He silently squeezed my hand.

The weeks passed by and we became close friends with Pandora, she was a great friend. I also didn't have to worry about her and Scorpio as it was clear they were only friends. It felt good having another girl who understood what it was to be going through what I was. I mean the twins were good, but they didn't have to cope whith being the children of a Goddess, yet. In that time, I also grew closer to Scorpio and I wondered how I had been so ignorant all those years, not to notice how my head fitted in his neck so well, or how our hands seemed to mold together. It was perfect. I loved my life. It was our 1 month anniversary, so Scorpio was taking me to a very posh restraunt to celebrate. I clipped my blonde hair up into a messy yet classy bun, and slipped into a starpless, purple, kneeleagth dress, and black high heels. It felt weird walking in heels as I don't normally. I was just checking my makeup for about the 27th time when I felt a pair of strong arms around me. "Heyy beautiful, you ready to go?" he whispered into my ear, making me shiver. Heyy, I DO HAVE HORMONES. Anyway, I nodded and he led me to his car. We arrived at the restraunt and were seated straight away in a hidden corner. It was so romantic.

"Heyy my name is Carli and I will be your waitress tonight." I looked up to see and busty brunette staring at Scorpio, while licking her lips.

"Hey, we will have one J2O orange and passion fruit please, and one lemonade." Scorpio said not looking at her once. I loved it when he ordered for me ecspecially my favorite drink.

"Ok can I get you any starters and do you know what you want to order?" Little miss perky asked.

"We would like no starter and I will have the steak and she will have the lobster." I had a quick peek at the menu, both were extremely expensive

"Are you sure we can afford this?" I whispered when Miss Perky left.

"You deserve this plus I have something important to tell you, after the meal." For the entire meal I was wondering what he wanted to tell me. I was nearly bouncing on my seat. We finished our meal and he paid the cheaque and left.

"How about we go for a walk?"

"Ye ok."

He led me to a small lake surrounded by trees, the moon hit the water just right. It was beautiful. We sat by the lake and just looked. I was wondering what he wanted to talk about. I sneeked a quick look and saw his determined face. He looked like he was tying to say words that wouldn't come out. After about 10 minutes he turned to me.

"Venus, I know we haven't been going out that long, but I know we are soulmates," I looked down at my wrist and smiled. "yeh no shit" I thought.

"No, I don't mean like that," Scorpio continued," I mean that, everytime I'm with you the sun shines brighter, I can't stop myself smiling when I look at you, your laugh makes me happy...You make me happy...and I just want to say...what you need to know is.....oh hell....VENUS I LOVE YOU!" he almost shouted the last part. OMG he loves me!

"I...I...I...I love you too," I stuttered. His face lit up and he crashed his lips to mine in a kiss of pure joy. The kiss got steadily more passionate, until his shirt was on the ground and he was top of me. I pulled away and whispered

"Not here," he flashed me a knowing smile and scooped me up in his arms, and ran back to his house. We were there in a matter of seconds. I looked up at him questioningly, and he said, "One of my new things." I smiled and kissed him. He carried me up to his room and layed me on the bed.

"I love you," he said huskily.

"I love you," I replied.

"We don't have to do anything, I don't want to pressure you," he whispered, I knew he didn't but I could feel his body was saying something different, if the bulge in his pants said anything different.

"I'm ready, I want to," I whispered, and with that he kissed me, and after a fabulous make out session, he took me to places I had never been before. Then I fell asleep surrounded by the strong arms of the man I loved.

We awoke to birds chirping, I felt amazing, I was no longer a virgin and Scorpio loved me. I knew he was awake as he tightened his hold around my waist with one arm and started tracing my tattoo's with the other. Every touch sent tingles through my body.

"Venus, are you awake?" He whispered, instead of answering I rolled over and kissed him. He kissed back and then pulled away. Then he laughed when he saw my pout. "I only pulled away to ask you a question..." He trailed off rolling away to get something out of his draw, then he got out of bed, still naked I noticed, and knelt down on one knee. OH SHIT!!

"Venus Jade Violet Samston, I love you with all my heart, I will always love you, and I cant imagine my life without you now, so....Will you marry me?" I was shocked, I couldn't speak. He misunderstood my silence, "We don't have to get married straight away, we can wait until after college, but I wanted you to know you would always have my heart." I blinked back tears, and again he misunderstood. "Oh Venus, I'm sorry I knew it was too soon, I'm such an idiot."

"No, Scorpio, it's perfect, I'm so happy, and...Yes I will marry you!" He beamed at me and kissed me hard. Then he slipped a simple ring onto my ring, it was a single diamond on a silver band. "It was given to me by Fate, I mean my mother to give to whoever I wanted." It was amazingly beautiful. It hit me fully then. I was going to marry Scorpio, my fiancee.
