<venus POV>

The months passed, and I was visibly happier. I went to school, my grades improved, I even caught up on the work I'd missed. The Twins and I went out shopping again, with the children, we also had sleepovers. Still no one knew exactly why I was so happy, they just knew I was. The Twins guessed it was becuse I had seen Sorpio. They didn't know I saw him every night. But it didn't matter. I was happy. My heart was mended and so was my mark. I was in bliss. Every other night, Scorpio would transport our children into the veil with me so he could see him and they could see him. One evening, I know no that it was my final evening with them, I put my children to bed as normal and sang them the lullaby I had heard so often in my dreams as a child....

my little ones,

sleep now little ones,

now the day is done,

rest your little heads,

close your little eyes,

listen to your lullaby,

while sleeping in your bed.

I sang this to them. The lullabye from my dreams. It made them go to sleep always. They were perfect when they slept. So peaceful. My little angels. I sat down in the rocking chair humming their lullaby just watching them sleep....

I woke up a few hour later, to a crash downstairs. I needed to go and investigate, but it would leave my children defenceless. Help me Scorpio, I sent a silent plea to him. I heard the creaking of the stairs. They knew what they were looking for. This wasn't some random robbing. But no one had a grudge against me or dad that I knew of. One door opened, and then was thrown shut again. Dad's I think. Then it was mine, the same thing happened. It was opened only this time for longer giving them time to look around my room. Then thrown shut. Next it was the bathroom. The same thing. It was the babies room now. The door creaked open to reveal....................
