<Venus POV>

The final months were torctuer, I needed to pee every 5 minutes, I was the size of a house, and the hormones where driving me crazy. Thank god there was only 2 months to go.

"VENUS, WAKE UP YOU'LL BE LATE FOR SCHOOL!" Eugh don't they know to let pregant women lie.

"Go away," I growled.

"Nope," they giggled and ripped my warm cucoon off my ballon-like body. I snarled at them, got dressed in my comfy maternity pants and plain red long sleeved top, and waddled my way down stairs, murmering curses about them. I went into the kitchen and got out my strawberries and coco pops. What? All pregnat women have cravings. Mine just happened to be strawberries and cocopops.

"Strawberries and cocopops again, that.."

"Is seriously gross Ve, I mean really."

"Its a craving, when your pregnant you will understand." They giggled secretively. Hmm, I wonder what was going on there. I saw them run their hands through their hair, a nervous habit they got from Scorpio, and I saw them. Their little marks. OMG, THEY KNEW!!!!

"You have found your immortal soul mates!" I blurted. They both gave me suspisious look.

"Ye, but how do you know about that." I smirked and lifted the end of my sleeve.

"What, huh, who is it, and you dated our brother while you knew your soulmate?" God they were so dense sometimes. I flipped my hand over to show the heart with the S in it.

"Get it, he was my soulmate."

"OMG WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR HEART?" they yelled, oh ye. I had forgot about it being broken.

"It happened when he died as my heart broke." I lied, I wasn't going to tell them the truth.

"Lets see your tattoos." I said and they lifted the back of their shirts to reveal matching symbols (the gemini symbol) with waves heading off it.

"We are the Gemini. The twins. Daughters of Fate" Gem giggled.

"What about you Ve, who is your god?" Ini asked

"I am Venus. Daughter of the Goddess of love and beauty, Aphroditie." I said while showing them my tattoo. They laughed. Yes my tattoo had got bigger while I was pregnant.

"Wait, hang on a minute you haven't yet told me. Who are your Immortal Soulmates?"

"Well, mine is Alec Mershe, son of Hermes, messenger of the Gods." giggled Ini. Aww, he was quiet dark haired boy, who was one of my nerdier friends but God could that boy run.

"Ye, she got lucky." Gem snorted.

"Who did you get then?"

"Lukas Eros, son of Dionysus, God of wine" Oh God.

"No wonder he liked to drink," I giggled, until saw Gem's face.

"Gem, listen to me, he will come around just dont let him near drugs and bitches and you will be fine." I said with a smile,

"Oh and wear a condom unless you want buns in the oven like me." I giggled.

"Ok I'll keep that in mind" She smiled. Soon we were in a heap on the floor laughing so hard. OH GOD, I hadn't laughed like this since.... since it happened. I smiled at the girls, then I felt water trickle down my pants. OH SHIT! The Twins finally noticed, and screamed

"BATTLE STATIONS EVERYONE,"

"WE HAVE THE BABIES ON THE WAY!"

"No,no,no, not yet, its too soon, its too soon." They couldn't be comming yet, they were too young. I was barely aware of the one of the Twins grabbing my stuff and shoving it into a bag, the other ringing the ambulance. I was numb. It was too early, I could loose them. I could loose them like I lost Scorpio. Yes they would be with their dad, but I was too selfish to care about that. I needed them, I needed them to stay with me. I needed my children. I felt a short sharp pain ripple through my abdomen. My contractions had started. Oh GOD!! That was the start of the most physically painful and draining moment of my life.But it was soo worth it when I heard the cry of my first born child.

"A boy!" They cried. Apollo had been born. I didn't even get to see him before he was whisked away to the Special Care Baby Unit.

"Ok are you ready to go again, as she's coming?" I couldn't beleive I was having to do this again, and I hadn't even seen my first born. The next 20 minutes were excrutiating. When the pain was finally over, I braced myself to hear the cry of my daughter, but was met with only silence.

"Quick we need to get her on a life support machine." The doctor rushed

"Wait, what's wrong with my baby?"

"Your baby's lungs haven't had time to develop properly so we will put on a machine that breathes for her until she is strong enough." My baby. My little Nyx. I could lose her. Please Fate, you took your son away from me, please, please, don't take my child. I couldn't bear it.

"Will she survive?" I hesitantly asked.

"There is a very good chance but we have to keep her in for a while, your son aswell, to make sure they are well enough." I blinked tears back and nodded. This was not how I pictured their birth.

"Would you like to see your children, Miss Samston?" an older nurse asked.

I followed the nurse down to the Special Care Baby Unit. I saw our children. They were so tiny. I couldn't help them. All I could do was sit and wait. I sat, and I waited for 1 month until they were finally strong enough to be let out of the incubators. After a month, I finally could hold our children. They looked so much like Scorpio. They were a straight split between us. Apollo was so handsome, he had my blonde hair, and Scorpio's red eyes, he looked like a burning sun. Nyx was beautiful, she had Scorpio's black hair and my purple eyes. She looked mysterious like the night. I felt a tear run down my cheek. How could I look after them? They were too much like him. Everytime I looked at them, I saw him. How would I cope? They were still so small. It was in that moment I knew I couldn't ever let anything happen to them. I would protect them, even if it meant my death.
