Ch 11

In Seoul

Chen entered the restaurant where Sehun had called him over

"Anneong~" he greeted generally to place where Sehun was seated. The guys were his friends, and the girls were the ones he recognized from the engagement party and also as Eunji's friends

"Ah! Chen! You're finally here~" Chanyeol stood up and greeted Chen with his trademark bear hug, which Chen finally got out of

"Ya, Chanyeollie. Don't you find it awkward hugging guys like that?" Chen complained as he sat down on the empty chair

"What are you on about?~ We are best friends! What is there to be awkward about!?" Chanyeol approached again with open arms, which Chen dodged smoothly

Chen discreetly looked around, but Krungsoo as sharp as ever caught him in the act

"Ya. She isn't here yet." DO whispered

"What are you talking about? I was searching for a waiter."

"Whatever you say, Chen. Whatever you say." DO rolled his eyes

Chen knew that Eunji was definitely coming here today. It was last gathering before Sehun and Namjoo's wedding, and instead of holding individual bachelorette party they had decided it to scrap that and just hold friends gathering. And since it was Sehun and Namjoo's day Chen and Eunji had decided to postpone announcing their relationship

A man cautiously approached their table where Chanyeol, Baekhyun, DO and Chen were busy catching up

"Kyungsoo ah..Is that you?"

"Hyung!" D.O greeted the man enthusiastically

"Woah~ It's really been a while! How have you been?"

"Sunggyu hyung! I didn't know you were back! When did you return?"

"It's been a while. I tried calling you, but it seems like you changed your number."

"Neh hyung. I changed it a while back. Here, this is my number. Let's keep in touch hyung!" DO handed over his card

"How is Eunji doing? You are still in touch right?" Sunggyu asked

"Ah, she's supposed to be here any moment."

"Great! I have a dinner meeting here, so maybe I'll get to meet her later. Don't tell her I'm here! I want to surprise her later!" Sunggyu's eyes twinkled mischievously

"Arasso hyung. By the way, Sehun is actually getting married. This is his bachelorette gathering." DO explained

"That kid!? Already!" Sunggyu was visibly shocked

"It's really unbelievable right!"

Sunggyu got called away just then, so he went away with a brief 'see you later'

"Ya, do you know who that guy is?" Chen asked Baekhyun who was beside him

"He went to same university as Kyungsoo and Eunji. He hung out a lot with us back then, so we are all familiar with him."

"That probably would be when I was busy with internships." Chen mumbled

"Yeah, it was around that time I guess... I wonder how Eunji will react seeing him today." Baekhyun chuckled

"What do you mean by that?" Chen frowned

"Ah, I thought you knew. They used to go out back then. Eunji had crush on him for a year before they actually went out. But they broke up because he went abroad and they didn't want to have a long distance relationship." Baekhyun talked on, unaware of the murderous gaze of Kyungsoo, worried look from Chanyeol and the dejected look of Chen

"I don't think Eunji has dated anyone seriously after him. Maybe they will get back together OUCH! Who kicked me!" Baekhyun shouted

"Ah, mian. My legs are too long. " Chanyeol muttered while Chen gulped down his drink

"Aishh, that really hurt!"

"Baekhyun ah, I think Sehun is looking for you." DO commented

"Is that so?" Clueless Baekhyun headed over to the other table

"Ya, did she like him a lot?" Chen asked

"Honestly? She did. He was her first serious relationship, and they broke up without really wanting to. But you know what? It was years back, and it's all in the past. " Kyungsoo answered

"Well, she does seem to like you a lot. I could know it by the way she looked at you in Busan. And ya, you dated lots of girls too. But it's all in the past right?" Chanyeol added

"Well, I'm glad you both are the ones to know about me and Eunji. Beer?" Chen offered a light smile, and Chanyeol patted Chen on his back
