You was waiting at the hospital together with the rest of the team, Thor was also injured, but not that much as Peter.

One of the guys who kidnapped you was in prison at the moment, but the other guy escaped. Tony was already overprotective, the police was looking for him, but he was missing without a trace.

You had your head was on Tony's shoulder who was on his phone and he tried to reach aunt May. She came as fast as she could, together with Evangeline and Liz.

"Y/N!" Evangeline shouted "are you alright?" she said and tried to hug you but you were mad at her so you didn't. "Are you mad" She asked "no" you said and looked at Liz.

The doctor came in, "Tony Stark?" he said and Tony stood up. "Are you responsible for Peter Parker?" he asked "actually she is" and pointed at Aunt May, "we need you to fill in this" he said and gave it to May. He walked away "is he alright doctor?" Liz asked "yes, you can come and see him if you want" the doctor said, and of course Liz walked inside.

"hey babe" she said and kissed him on the cheek, "Hey Liz" he said without looking at her, he had his eyes at you.

"Could i talk to Y/N for a sec" He asked "alone" he said "okay" she said and walked out. "You love me?" Peter said "we don't need to talk about this right now" you said.

"But... how" "i found out about your feelings for me at my birthday" you said "your birthday?" he asked "when you met Liz" "Liz" He said "oh" he said. "Y/N why didn't you tell me" Peter said "because i saw how happy you was with Liz, i couldn't ruin that" "YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO TELL ME THAT YOU EVER HAD FEELINGS FOR ME!" Peter said.

"What?" "I had it great with Liz before you told me" "You had feelings for me first!" You shouted. "Yeah and i finally got over you!" Peter said.

Your heart broke in one million pieces. You just walked out you couldn't take anymore shit. "Hey Y/N What's wrong?" Tony said "nothing" you said and started to walk out, "are you going home?" "Yeah i am Pretty tired" you said "I'll drive you" Tony Said and took you home.

Peter Parker P.O.V
I was on the hospital for 3 days, my stomach hurts. Tony was here everyday and payed for everything. He did came good along with Aunt May, which worries me.

But most of the time i think about
Y/N. I love her, honestly i do, but she is Tonys daughter!

Aunt May was in my room together with Mr Stark who was talking to a doctor. "What are you thinking?" Aunt May said and i looked st her confused. "About my stomach?" Peter said "No i meant Y/N" Aunt May "Liz is a great girl, but Y/N is 10 Times better" Aunt May said "Good News the doctor said that you could go home today".

"Tony..." "Yes Mrs Parker?" Mrs Parker??

"If Peter wanted to date your daughter What would your respond be?" She asked "i would kill him" Tony said "that's good to know" "What you have a crush on my Y/N?" Tony asked. "No he is just not madly in Love with her" "AUNT MAY!" I  yelled.

"What! I'm just telling him the truth" "Well If you like her... and If she like you back... you should go for it".

I can't believe i heard this, did Tony Stark just gave me his permission for being with his daughter? "You serious?" I asked "yes but If you break her heart, I'll break all of your bones with my suit" Tony said "got it?" And i Nodded.

That night i went home. "You need to rest" Aunt May said "No i'm not. I need to tell Y/N that i love her" "That can Wait" "No" Peter said "Fine".

I went to Liz's apartment and broke up with her, it was easy to my surprise. I guess she never liked me that much as i thought.
