Devan and I were married already for a year. We've talked about having kids but we said we'll wait for a while.
I went to the store and got a pregnancy test since I was feeling sick and haven't gotten my period.
I head home and go straight to the bathroom. I pee and wait for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I check it and it says positive. I start crying and I'm so happy to tell Dev he's going to be a dad.
After a few hours Dev finally gets home. He sits down to watch tv and I head over to him.
"Hey baby" says Devan grabbing me from my waist and pulling me down next to him.
"Careful- I mean hey babe"
"Why'd you say careful? Are you okay?" asks Devan eying me down.
"Yes I'm okay I just have a great news"
"Really? What?!" says Devan smiling.
"I'm pregnant"
"WHAT??! OH MY GOSH I LOVE YOU! I'M GOING TO BE A DAD!!" says Devan picking me up and hugging me.
"I love you too and I know we are going to be great parents"
