"GET YOUR TICKETS EVERYONE!"

I was greeted by the most annoying voice on earth when I entered school on Tuesday.

Britney Collins , head cheerleader slash the mean girl of school and also my worst enemy.

She had been after Alex for years and he couldn't be less bothered about it. Her bratty brain got upset because daddy's little brat couldn't get what she wanted so she automatically turned against me accusing me of filling his head with lies. Like I would waste my time talking about such a b word. Yes I don't curse.

As I walked into school , I could see a table placed in the middle of the hallway where everyone was standing. Britney and her little elf Courtney were yelling at the top of their lungs convincing everyone to get tickets for some event.

As Alex and I went close , we could see they were selling tickets for the Annual Fundraiser Carnival that our school had planned. I was the vice president of the organization committee so I already had a volunteer pass. Alex however, was not involved in a lot of school activites so he had to get a ticket.

"Come on! You have to come! I'll be working and you can watch me." I said pushing him towards the ticket table.

As soon as Britney saw Alex she immedietly shifted the line aside and flipped her hair in hopes of looking cute infront of him.

"Hi Alex." She said whilst batting her eyelashes.What a bimbo.

"I need a ticket." Alex said in a bored tone.

"Oh ofcourse! Here you go." she said whilst handing him the ticket. "Who're you going with?" she added with a wink.

"Not with you that's for sure." he said making Britney huff in anger.

"Very charming I must say." I said as he walked towards me.

He chuckled and we went to our first class which was Chemistry. I walked in whilst talking to Alex. I was looking up at him when I bumped into something hard. Or rather someone.

"My apoligies sweetheart. Didn't see you there as I was blinded by your beauty." Xavier winked.

I'm pretty sure I went beet red but I still managed to pull myself together and say,

"Nope, I'm pretty sure you're non existent brain just doesn't function enough to support your eyesight."

"There's my fiesty kitten." He chuckled and tapped my nose.

I swatted his hands away and looked to my right only to see Alex glaring at Xavier.

There was an awkward tension between them so I decided to break it.

"Oh, Alex this is the annoying person I mentioned to you earlier." I said whilst pointing at Xavier

"How you doing mate?" he gave Alex a little nod.

"Fine thanks. I'd appreciate it a bit more though if you'd back off from my girlfriend."

My eyes widened at what he said but before I could say anything, Xavier replied,

"Girlfriend eh?" Xavier said whilst giving me a pointed look.

"I'm single!" I suddenly shouted

Xavier chuckled and then turned to Alex and said,

"Well I guess it's you vs me mate. Just a slight warning, I never lose."

Alex narrowed his eyes at Xavier then said,
