Day 101

Aidan POV
Ali, fixes my hair in place.
"You look drop dead gorgeous!" She squeals obviously proud of her work.
"You do too!" I look my best friend over, her cream colored hijab brings out her golden skin, her dark red dress does the same. I look myself over in the mirror my hair, not in an updo much to my dismay, looks neat and pretty, my makeup is simple yet beautiful. We look hot.
"Honey, the boys are here!" My mom shouts. I grab the corner of my dresser for support.
I gulp. "Ali I don't think I can do this."
"Aidan, you put anonymous love letters in his locker, and left gifts on his doorstep for three days, you can do anything!"
She pulls me out of my room until we're standing by the stairs. We walk down the stairs. Isaac looks up, as he sees me his eyes widen and his mouth falls open. His whole face says, 'wow'.
"You look beautiful." He says face pink.
"Thanks." I tuck a strand of hair behind my ear. Ali is standing over by her date Mohammad. My mom herds us into the living room in front of the fire place for photos.
After ten minutes of pictures I finally say, "Mom we should probably head out."
"Okay honey, have fun!"
We all walk out to the two cars in the driveway, I climb in after Isaac. He runs around to the driver's side and hops in. The car starts and we're off.
"I can't believe it's almost over."
"Hm?"
"Senior year. It seems like it's been an eternity but went by in a flash."
"I know exactly what you mean." Isaac says glancing at me out of the corner of his eye.
We pull up to the hall where our senior prom is being held. He opens the door for me and I climb out of the car.
"So what's next?"
I smile and wrap an arm around his waist. "Well right now we are going to go in there, dance our hearts away, and have the time of our lives. As for the rest I'm not sure but I know I'm spending it with you."
He places a slow, sweet kiss on my lips.
"Shall we?" He asks giving me an arm.
I loop my hand through his arm. "We shall."
