V's POV
It's weird how Ally had found the blue stone. Like...she said that it dropped from somewhere.
Maybe when I accidentally moved my hand, that's how.
I remember the feel of having the blue stone in your hands.
It was powering. Over powering.
It was like you're changing, a weird sort of feeling creeps up to you.
Greed... I guess.
It dangerous...to have the blue stone, unless you're powerful enough to control it. Which we are not -which I am not.
The power of the blue stone will blind you and will take over you making you forget your dearest ones.
If you ask how I know this, it's Neil.
The book we read at Mark's library wasn't finished so Neil went and read the whole book.
That nerd just can't stay away from incomplete stuff - he has to finish it.
And for your information, Neil's eyes is like a camera. It captures every thing and stores it into his brain.
Currently we are sitting at the living room inside the mansion with Ally. Poor thing was awkwardly sitting at the middle of the group.
We decided to let her stay with us because if she's goes around with that stone, she might get attacked by the other vampires or worse the queens.
The blue stone doesn't affect humans hence they'll be normal. Nothing changes but for vampires, it changes every single thing.
"Um, I..." Ally trailed, nervously rubbing her hands together.
The atmosphere was quiet only the rustling of the leaves filled the air.
Everyone was in a serious mode when Jimmy chuckled breaking the silence and shook his head. "V, did you put on your pendant?"
Realization hit me hard. "Nope."
"No wonder that happened." He muttered.
I nodded grimly maybe I went koo-koo because I forgot to wear the pendant Mark gave us.
'He left it for a reason, V.' A voice spoke in my head, it was Jay.
He was telepathically talking to me.
He was over the black velvet couch, sitting like a boss.
'I know.' I replied back.
That's actually how Matt and I shared the incident with the others at school. We usually do that when we can't 'talk'.
"So... what about my things?" Ally finally asked beside her she tightened the grip on her school bag, her eyes nervously scanning the room.
Oh yeah...We just brought her to the mansion without bringing along her belongings. We were in a rush, you know.
She was trembling slightly and her brunette hair was scattered on her head. Her bottom lip juttered out a bit as she fiddled with her fingers. Her pale face was contrasted from her bright eyes.
"Kayne and I'll get them for you." Jimmy offered her.
It was weird that Jimmy slightly became a little more attracted to Ally than any of us. He seemed to like her presence and would often smile. It was just weird.
"But how will you get in?" Ally questioned. "I also have to return the key and give reasons and stuff."
Jimmy then stretched his arms and yawn. "Yeah, right." He agreed before giving a slight wink.
