Recap

I stood there as a statue holding the presents they gave me. They went leaving me behind but took my heart with them. I will forever cherish these moments I had with them along with gifts they handed me.

If I could.

Ally's POV

My feet numbly walked on the road. My eyes burning because of  crying and my body felt weak.

The air was chill as the sun was rising steadily. The thick trees blocked the sun light from entering making it dark on the streets.

The rustling of the leaves filled the air with the crunching of small rocks under the soles of my shoes. My heart ached as I clutched the gifts I was earlier given, in my hands. I would never let go of them... never.

BEEP! BEEP!

I turned to see a black car  making it's way towards me in full speed. My feet were stuck to the road and I had no energy left for running. The car came closer by the passing minute. I felt like crying but none came out. I was drained out.

This is it. I'm going.

My body hit the car with impact before it fell onto the hard ground. But my grip on the gifts remained firm as I lay on the road.

My vision turned blurry as pain numbed my body. Blood oozed out of my wound, and ran down my left eye as I fought for oxygen.

I could make out two blobs rushing out of a bigger one and running towards me yelling something that I couldn't make out.

I gave up fighting and  slowly closed my eyes.

Maybe it is time for me to rest as well.

***

Everything was black. I couldn't see anything at all.

I figured to open my tired eyes and met a mid-aged couple, quietly shedding tears.

Speaking of which, they were my parents.

I rolled my eyes around slowly, taking in the place I was at.

It wasn't home for sure.

The constant beeping of the heart monitor and the people in white uniforms surrounding me helped me realized that I was in a hospital.

I shifted uncomfortably in the bed. My body ached, I didn't feel good.

"Dear! Are you awake?" I heard my mom's sweet voice. I tried to to reply but nothing came out of my dry throat.

A doctor approached me. "I need to check if there is any further complications." He stated shortly as my parents nodded in understanding exiting the room giving me looks entire they actually did.

I was left alone with two nurses and a doctor. I looked around once more.

How did I get here?

"You had an accident, Ally. You were in coma for the past four days." The doctor suddenly spoke up as if he heard my question. My eyes widen as I took in the information. "You had a severe head injury but you're safe now."

I nodded slowly. "But," he paused.

"There is a bad news as well, because of the injury you might've lost some of your memories." That triggered my heart. I could only stare at him blankly.

My memories?

The doctor along with a nurse left after doing some check-ups. He suggested me to rest and not to force myself.

I laid back down on the bed. I closed my eyes when suddenly pictures flashed into my head. A boy... no, seven boys.

.....Ahh! Those seven boys! I need to --

Suddenly I heard a creak, my eyes darted to where the sound came from -- the door. My heart skipped a beat when I saw ...
