Jason looked around once he was inside the sewer, it was dark and the ground was dripping with water and the smell coming from around was irritating, good for him he brought a touch light turning it on revealing a tunnel in front of him.
He wondered why the B squad wilders will choose the sewer as their hideout. He walked quietly pointing the touch around to see where he was going, he heard sounds of rats and insects as he reached few steps ahead but no sign of any hideout or a wilder, did he came the wrong way? He thought checking around him.
Then he heard a growling sound few steps from him and he switched off the touch to reveal a bright shinning blue eyes pointed his direction.
It growled again releasing a blast of hot flare at him from it mouth, his senses were alert and he pointed his hands at the incoming flare and it turned into a splash of water hitting him on impact sending him back a little. Was this a trap by the wilders to catch him? He thought as the creature began moving charging at him, as he wondered how can it see him in darkness as he drew out his sword ready for any attack.
" SEIZE!!" He heard the sound in front of him and the creature stopped immediately and then suddenly the whole darkness vanished and light bulbs were on revealing a metal door steps away and he saw Cole but not the creature only a female lady in purple hair and lips, she was putting on a black t-shirt and jeans with a boot. She was grinning at him for no reason but he turned his attention to Cole. " Maybe next time you will warn me you have a killing machine! In your lair as a guardian angel" Spartan began cutting the silence as the purple hair girl was about to move at him but Cole held her to calm.
" Okay why is she angry at me" Spartan questioned as Cole came up to him leading him past her and whispered to him. " She's the creature" and he turned back as she was following and he turned back keeping quiet as they reached the metal door.
Cole pressed his hand on the fingerprint device beside the door, it scanned for some minute before the light showed green and the door opened to reveal a large room filled with few individuals. Some watching TV and one on the computer and two training at one side filled with lots of gears and costumes.
The room was painted and tiled like a wealthy family living room, an A.C near the TV , well designed chairs and tables, a wall clock. An alarm device written
Emergency at the side. The individuals stopped what they were doing stirring at us, especially me.
" Who is this?" A guy in blue hair, red long sleeve and jeans asked , by his side was a blonde hair with the same outfit. They were both standing at the training center.
" The new recruit for our mission" the purple lady answered
" He looks young" the middle aged near the computer stirred. Is this guy kidding me! Jason thought as Cole directed him to seat and the rest joined him.
" Guys this is Jason James aka Spartan. And Jason you can take off your mask, they can be trusted" Cole said
" Really! Because I was nearly killed by one of them. How am I sure they won't come after me" Spartan protested. Cole only forced a smile and Jason noticed
" Why are you smiling"
" One of us has x ray vision" the middle aged boy informed him and Jason nods pulling off his mask revealing his identity.
" Cute" a young girl his sister age muttered out.
" What so special about him" the blonde hair cut in and Cole looked at him with a show them look.
He pulled out a knife from his utility belt and hold it for a few seconds and immediately it turned into a pistol.
" Transmutation . One of a kind" blue hair commented .
" Alright Cole, why do you need me" Jason cut to the main topic why he is here in the presence of high trained fighters and killers. They looked at him in an unusual way that tells him his unto a big surprise.
" We are robbing the biggest bank in opera city" Cole announced with a smile.
A/N : This chapter is one of the first that I posted early, that's because I have an upcoming exams and need to be 100% ready with no distractions which will actually take a week or more. But after am done I will be back with more awesome chapters.
But my statement on my last chapter stays, I need to get 11 reads and 12 votes before I can post the next chapter . I will appreciate it if that or more than that happens.
