chapter 13: Taylor white (4) - End games

" Good day citizens of opera city. My name is Helen Frank reporting from downtown city centre. Chaos is happening here as young women like almost a thousand holding dangerous weapons are running down the street killing every men they came across. People are in panic. The question is; where did all this women came from and why are they killing innocent people? Secondly where are our so called heroes when we need them the most?
The OCPD has requested every one stay indoors as they take control of the situation. No one is advised to come out until the chaos is contained. My name remains Helen Frank, Chanel six news"..

Phonexis floated on the air gazing at the scene with a smile on her face, her plan is coming to a success. The rest of her team including the A squad wilders have been instructed by her to attack every bank around and gather enough money as they can while the women took care of the cops. Until she sighted the protectors few blocks away approaching.

" Change of plans, the heroes are arriving. Prepare for battle" she said through the communicator.

The heroes arrived few hours later observing the scene.

" Those are the kidnapped women" aqua boy mentioned.

" This is phonexis plan all along" sky muttered out.

" No time for talk. Brutes, you guys keep those women away from civilians, no killing no matter what. We will handle the Minds and A squad wilders. Both teams move out" infinity ordered and the battle begins..

Taylor POV

I flew faster than I have ever gone before changing into my costume. Jason was right, I am the only person who can take on phonexis and save my city. But I need a plan in order not to get trapped again. I have to take her by surprise. She has the power, I have the speed.
As I approach downtown, it was a chaotic event. Powers going off here and there, crazy Ladies trying to be contained both by the brutes and the OCPD. One of the ladies about forcing a spear into a young man heart.
I flew down at her direction punching her back kicking the weapon away from her hand knocking her out.
I walked up to the frightened man. " Are you okay"  all he did was run off screaming get away freak. I took flight not caring.
Just then my eyes sighted phonexis and without wasting my opportunity, I charged in like a hungry lion straight at my target at full speed. She turned immediately but too late to try anything, I planted a punch at the side of her face sending her flying 20 feet into a building.

Infinity was the first to notice me and then at the building phonexis was sent too, he turned to my direction and gave me a thumb up. I nodded and turned my attention to phonexis who happens to have survive the crash.
We both gaze at each other with an angry grin.

" You shouldn't have come back for more Taylor white" she said.

" Actually I believe we have an unfinished business you and I" I replied folding my fists. She charged in and so did I at full speed.

BOOOOOM!!!!!

We made impact sending anyone who was around to the ground.
" Light!!" I heard midnight screamed. But one thing I could make out of anything she was saying was" kick her ass!!!" That I was definitely going to do.

Phonexis sent cars of different sizes at me but I blasted all of them before they got close, channeling my solar energy at her. Just like before a telepathic shield protected her but she moved back a little feeling the impact like a shock.
I increased the blast as my body glowed. The building near us melted immediately and the shield shattered and I flew at her with an uppercut knocking her to a nearby porch of a plaza.
Individuals around cleared the area as I came in with a big boot, she crashed into the plaza.

" Get out of here every one.. Now!!" I ordered. Everyone obeyed running out of the plaza.
I walked up to her as she struggles to her feet.
" You are going down phonexis" I assured. Suddenly I felt a strong grip on me I couldn't move, exactly what I was trying to avoid.
