Best First Day

Chapter 3

When we arrived at the beach, I quickly hopped out of the car. Shelby did the same. I spread out on the warm sand.

Shelby pulled me up off the sand.

"Come on! Lets get in in the water!" she said sounding like a little kid

"Fine." I said standing up

We ran over to the clear, blue, ocean water and ran in. The beach was packed since it was a hot day. Shelby and I swam for a bit, before going to play beach volleyball. I put my soaking hair in a high ponytail and jumped in the game.

Our team won in the end. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but we were a pretty good team (toot toot).

Shelby and I went back for another swim after the long hard volleyball game. The moon was reflecting over the ocean.

"This was nice." I said

"Ya. We need more girl time. I'm sorry I'm always with Trevor."

"It's ok! You too are perfect for each other!" I said while smiling

"Really?"

"Yes. Now lets get out of here. I'm starting to feel like a wrinkly old lady." I said. Wait. Wouldn't half of the fandom say Harry would like me if I was old? That gives me an idea... Just kidding!

"Alright." Shelby said while laughing

We walked up to the car and drove home. Once we arrived home, I took a shower.

After my shower, I sat on my bed, staring at my phone. Did I really meet 1D today? Did I really get Harry's number? Did I really not eat lunch or dinner? Hm that last one scares me. I was having so much fun I wasn't hungry. I'm always hungry. Besides that today was so the best first day of school possible.

Should I text Harry? He said I should, but I don't want to be some stalker. Oh well I'm going to do it! Just then my phone signaled I had a new text.

From Harry:

Hey Babe. Are you back yet? Miss you. Xx

To Harry:

Yes, I was just about to text you(:

Well, did you have a good time?

He said he missed me? He said I was perfect? He said he would follow me on Twitter? Pinch me I must be dreaming! I looked at the clock to see it was 1:35 a.m. Quickly I went to sleep.

When I woke up I checked my phone.

1 New Text:

From Harry:

Hey! Have a great day at school! Text me when you get home? Miss you!!! xx

I smiled at the words on the screen on front of me. Awwww the feels. I decided not to respond since he has a busy day. I slipped on my clothes and decided to walk to school today.

Once I got to school, I put my stuff in my locker. I walked in the classroom, only to be mobbed by girls.

"What is he like?"

"You text him?"

"Is he sweet?"

"How did you get his number?"

Girls kept slamming me with questions.

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?I" I screamed

"Have you not checked Twitter?" a girl asked

"No." I replied

She handed me her phone.
