Chapter 21

I sat on the edge of the stage dangling my feet off. I felt a hand touch my shoulder.

"Hey Ally." Luke said while sitting down next to me

"Hey Lukey." I sighed

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"Ally, I'm not stupid. Tell me. I thought we were best friends. I want to help you through this." he said sad

"Lukey, we are best friends."

"Forever." he added in causing me to chuckle

"It's just I have this friend back home who knows these boys. There are 7 of them. Well she dated one and broke up with him, and then she went back to her old boyfriend." I have to change the story a bit. "He then dumped her. She promised herself she'd never like any of those 7 boys again. One of them asked her out, and she is unsure about her feelings towards him. If she says no things will be awkward. If she says yes, she broke her own promise." I said sighing

"Well she should do what her heart tells her."

"What if her heart doesn't know?"

"Ally, your heart will know."

"That was not about me."

"Sure it wasn't."

"Fine. It was about me." I said sighing

"Liam?" he asked me

"Yeah." I said

"Do you like him?"

"I don't know Luke! If I knew this wouldn't be so hard." I said while cupping my face in my hands.

"Look, I've seen the way you look at him. I think all the boys have. The way your eyes light up, and your cheeks turn pink."

"Really?" I asked looking at him

"Yes."

"But I mean what if he was confused and asked? What if he didn't mean it?"

"Ally he meant it. He has been talking to us boys about it for awhile."

"I'm going to talk to him now." I said while standing up

I knocked on his dressing room door. He opened it, and his eyes lit up.

"Hey so about earlier I-" I began but he cut me off

"It's okay if you say no. I -" this time I cut him off by kissing him

"Did you feel anything?" I asked him

"Yes."

"Me too."

"So is that a yes about dating?" Liam asked

"Of course!" I said happily

"Li you gotta see this." Louis said while running to Liam's dressing room. I followed Liam and Louis to a room with a TV in it.

"Liam and Ally. Cutest couple? Or fake? Reporter Ryan claims Ally said yes to going out with him. He then heard them all talking about how Liam and Ally are fake dating." The reporter lady with too much makeup started. I turned off the TV

"It's all my fault." I said sighing

"We can figure this out." Liam said hugging me

"What if we tell the truth? How it was fake, but now it isn't"

"Awwww." all the boys said

"Why will they believe us?" Liam asked

"We don't know if they will, but its worth a shot."
