Best First Day

Chapter 25

-TIME SKIP-

-9 MONTHS LATER-

"I can't believe we are back in America." I said while stepping off the plane.

"Me either. This tour has just been flying by." Liam said while holding my hand

"I agree." Calum said while nodding

"It's been stressful." Harry said while running his hand through his hair

"Mhm." I said staring at LA. We were back in California. The boys had 3 shows scheduled.

"What are you thinking about?" Luke asked from behind me.

"Nothing." I said as a tear hit my hand. I had been thinking about Shelby, and the fact that she was gone.

"Why are you crying?" Ashton asked worried

"Really?" I asked while punching his arm

"What was that for?" he asked hurt

I just sighed and walked on the tour bus. Honestly I hadn't even seen it arrive.

"What's wrong Ally." Niall asked from beside me

"I miss her."

"Who?"

"Shelby." as I said her name I began to cry into my pillow. Niall gave me a hug.

"I'm sorry."

Soon the crying died down. I looked to see all the boys were staring at me. Mascara stained my face.

"Are you okay?" Zayn asked

"ya." I said faintly

"We are here for you Ally." Louis said sincerely

"Thanks."

Liam made his way over to me and sat down.

"I love you." he whispered in my ear

"I love you too." I said barely above a whisper

I walked over to my bunk, and I pulled out my phone. My twitter notifications were blown up with a pic of Liam and Danielle kissing back in the UK.

I felt a lump in my throat and my face paled. It was a recent picture because Liam's hair was short like it is now, and they were standing by the plane we used to fly here. My fists clenched in anger.

I stepped off the tour bus and ran back to my old house. Luckily it wasn't far away. I slammed myself on my bed and began to sob. He cheated on me.

''Ally?!" a voice asked from behind me

"Oh my god. Y-you are alive." I said hugging Shelby

"Why wouldn't I be?" she asked

"The boys told me that... They lied to me. I trusted them! They told me my best friend was dead!" I screamed

"Why would they do that?!"

"I don't know." I said angry

Just then there was a knock on the door.

"Ally?" Liam asked

"I'm not here." I whispered to Shelby as I hid wiping tears off of my face

"Oh Liam what a surprise." Shelby said angry

"Oh um uh hi." he said scared

"Yeah hi."

"I thought you were dead." He said with a shaky tone

"Mhm I'm sure you did. Who did you hear that from?"

"Your boyfriend."

"And what was his name?"

"I-it doesn't matter." Liam stammered

"Lie much?" Shelby said while slamming the door

"Care to tell me the details?" Shelby asked me

"I found a pic of him from earlier today kissing his ex. I don't even know when I wasn't around him, or when she got there."

"I hear you Ally! Just let me explain." Liam yelled through the door

"What? How you cheated on me and lied about my best friends death?! Yeah I don't think there is anything to explain." I hissed

"Open the door." he said angry

"No."

"Let me explain please."

"Let him tell his terrible story." Shelby whispered

"Fine." I mumbled while opening the door

"Okay so Danielle came onto me. I pushed her away. the paps just got the pic at the worst time. We lied about Shelby because we didn't want to lose you. I understand how selfish that is, but we all love you. We haven't had someone like you in our lives ever. It was a terrible thing to do. I'm so sorry. Please babe, forgive me and come home."

"Home? Yeah I'm sure home is a place full of lies." I hissed

"Ally, please." Liam begged with tears in his eyes

"No Liam. I'm done." I said while slamming the door

I snapped my eyes open. It was just a dream. I wiped tears from my cheeks. We were on the plane.

"Sleep well?" Liam asked from beside me

"Not at all." I whispered

"Bad dream?"

"The worst. Danielle and you kissed, and you lied about Shelby's death." I said shaking my head

"That wouldn't ever happen." he said truthfully

"I believe you."

"I love you.''

"I love you too.''

*TIME SKIP*

Liam decided that we should go out for the night. We went to a concert venue. It had a table set up on it with food.

Liam began to sing 'Little Things' to me.

"Alison Lee, from the moment I met you I knew that you were the one for me. I would love for you to become Alison Payne. Will you marry me?" He asked while on one knee

"Yes!" I said with tears in my eyes

"Yayyy!" all the boys cheered

Liam slipped a ring on my finger.

"I love you." I said

"I love you too." he whispered
