Best First Day

Chapter 9

"Where do you want to go?" Liam asked

"I dunno. Somewhere with food." Niall said not looking up from his phone

"Well what is a good restaurant Ally?" Harry asked

"Um I don't know. Pizza Hut is good." I said while smiling

"Let's go!" Louis screeched as we all ran out of the hotel

Once we got in the van, Liam turned on his phone to use as a GPS. They must not know Cali well. Pizza Hut is only like 25 minutes away. I think. Eh oh well.

"Ally, I know this seems absolutely crazy to say this so soon in a relationship, but I feel like we were meant to be." Harry whispered while blushing

"Harry I feel the exact same way." I said while smiling

"Feel the same way about what?" Niall asked

"How much we love pizza." Harry said while smiling

"I like pizza too." Niall said while high fiving me

Harry reached out and held my hand. Thankfully the van was darkish. I mean I could see the boys' faces, but they couldn't see us holding hands. I don't want them being all like---Awwww you guys are so cute.

I hate it when people are like that. I know the boys know we are dating. but they don't need to know every little thing. Don't get me wrong, I love these guys so much, but I want some personal space...

"We're here!" Liam yelled causing all of us to jump out of our seats

The boys all pulled out glasses and hoodies. I guess it was supposed to disguise them from 'crazed fans', but to me it looked like they were gonna rob a bank. OMG I couldn't imagine them robbing a bank.

Haha see that would be to the tune of 'WMYB'. That would be so weird

"You coming?" Harry said snapping me out of my thoughts

"Ya." I said grabbing his hand again once I got out of the car. Oh well who cares if the boys see us. I don't wanna stop holding Harry's hand. I'm too lazy to do

that. I actually just wanna hold his hand.

Once we got inside, we all sat down at a booth. I sat in between Harry and Zayn. Liam, Louis, and Niall sat on the other side.

I began to laugh super hard. Harry grabbed my hand once again.

"What is it?" Liam asked

"I just can't take you guys seriously." I said gesturing at their 'clever disguises'

"We just don't wanna get mobbed." Zayn said

"I understand, but it looks like you guys are gonna rob a bank." I said laughing again

"You laugh a lot. We could be best friends!" Niall said

"Ok, but you all are my best friends!" I screamed

I leaned across the table and pulled them all in a hug.

"Thank you guys so much for coming to my school." I said as I took my original position and held Harry's hand

"We should be thanking you. We have never met anyone like you." Harry said

I began to blush immensely. A waitress with fake red hair and too much makeup came over to us . She was humming 'You & I'. If only she knew. I began to laugh again.

"Do you have a problem?" she asked

"Um no, but I think you do. You seem to have applied so much makeup it is affecting your brain cells since you haven't taken our order yet." I snapped back

"Well if you weren't such a fat hog, you wouldn't need to be here in the first place."

"Um mam or sir whatever the heck you are, I'm not a mirror." I said causing the boys to laugh

"Oh honey, these boys are just dressed up so they don't have to be seen with you." She said gesturing at the boys

"Oh no. You've got it all wrong. You see they saw your makeup from miles away and put on the sun glasses so they didn't have to see you."

"Well you- uh. You are ugly." She said

"2 year olds could come up with better comebacks. I see we are done here. Have a good life. Bye bye." I said.

I turned around and saw the people at the booth behind me had a Diet Coke. I picked it up, and they looked as if they were watching the whole fight. They nodded as I picked it up.

"Wait hun. Drink this it's Diet. Maybe you can lose some of your bad attitude." I said while dumping the drink on her. Everyone in the restaurant began to laugh. The boys were cracking up hysterically as the soaking waitress stomped away.

"Oh my god. That was amazing." Louis

said between laughs

I sat back down. Did that just happen? I'm usually not that rude, but she shouldn't have started stuff that she couldn't finish.

"I had no clue how sassy you could be." Liam said while laughing

"She's taken." Harry said laughing

He held up my hand acting as if I one a boxing match. It felt like I had. Everyone in the restaurant clapped.

Another waiter came by, and he was very kind. The girl probably explained what happened. No one messes with my friends or I.

After we ate, we drove over to a Karoke place. I have always wanted to do Karoke.

Once we entered the building, the lights blinded me for a second. My eyes quickly adjusted. Music was blaring, and a girl with a terrible voice was singing. The boys and I covered our ears.

"Um I have to go to the bathroom." I said as the girl ended her song

"Ok." Zayn said

I walked over to the bathroom.

"Who wants to sing next?" the man on stage asked

I slowly walked up to him, and I pulled him off the stage.

"I would like to sing 'Shower' by Becky G. Please keep my name anonymous." I whispered in his ear

He nodded and walked onto the center of the stage.

"Alright you Karoke loving people, we have a singer who wants to be anonymous. She will be singing 'Shower' by Becky G." he said while walking off stage

"It's your time to shine." he said while handing me the microphone

I began to shake. I have never sang in front of anyone on purpose. I began to back away but was pushed on stage. The lights were shining bright on my eyes. I looked in the crowd to find many people. There was at least 250 people. I couldn't seem to spot the boys. That's good. The music started, and I began to sing.

I heard the crowd erupt into screams when I sang the chorus.

"That's my girl!" I heard Harry scream

Oh my gosh. How sweet.

I continued singing until the song was over obviously.

The crowd began to scream. I bowed and walked off stage. I was greeted by the boys standing in front of me.

"Oh my god. That was amazing." Louis said while pulling me into a group hug

"I love you guys." I said into Harry's chest

"We love you too." they all said back
