45. jack d grazer

You groan as you wait in the car, checking the time every other second.

Your family is going to meet Jack's family at the beach for Thanksgiving but they would not move out of the house. After a few more minutes, you reach over to the front seat and honk the horn, making your parents pissed.

"(Your full full name) what did I tell you about patience!?" Your Mom exclaims, opening the door holding 4 bags.

"I was too impatient to listen what you said. Let's goooo. I want to go to the beach!!" You groan, grabbing a few of the bags and putting them in the car.

"You just want to see your boyfriend," your sibling says, climbing into the car.

You discreetly flip them off, making sure your parents don't see.

Your dad finally climbs into the car and the three of you head off to the beach. Your phone buzzes and you look at the text.

Where are you guys? We're all set up near the second lifeguard tower.

You grin as you turn off your phone and look outside, excited to see your boyfriend after a long couple of weeks.

"Alright we're here," Your Mom says, parking the car and your hop out of it, grabbing a couple of bags.

You sprint to the second lifeguard stand and see Jack.

"Y/n!!" he screeches, running towards you. You place the food on the portable table next you before running to him.

The two of you meet in the middle and embrace in a hug. Just holding it for a minute and cherishing each other.

"Alright lovebirds, we gotta prepare dinner," your mom says, placing stuff on the table, "Hi Jack. Good to see you again."

"Hi Mrs. l/n, my moms over there," Jack points to the chairs she's lounging in.

"Jack!" You screech as he pushes you in the cold water.

You resurface and face him to see a smug grin on his face. You glare at him and that smile turns sheepish.

"I love you?" he says, opening his arms for a hug at you.

"You're gonna get it!" You exclaim, pouncing at him and chasing him around the beach until both of you are exhausted and the sun starts to set.

You look to the horizon and smile as Jack puts an arm around you, "Happy Thanksgiving Babe."

Happy thanksgiving losers! If you celebrate it of course. But yeah. It was like 90° today and I live closish? to Jack. Also he went to the beach with his family today so I stuck that in there.
