-Seungcheol-

I sighed as I opened the refrigerator to pull out two cans of beer. The others rolled around and played as I stressed out on all sorts of things. I went to the hospital to see her but she looked fine without me. In some ways it was good but I wanted to be part of that good side of her life.

I walked into my room and started my computer. I made sure all my files were on my computer and that nobody had hacked in and taken all the evidence I had. Preparing to go against the Lee siblings was hard and I had to be careful, every step I took could set off an alarm.

I closed my eyes as I thought for a moment and every time I thought about her, it hurt me. I felt stupid for kicking her away like that and hurting her but I had no choice. I shut my computer off and grabbed one of my unopened beer cans and a coat before walking out of the dorm, leaving the members confused on where I was going.

I walked around alone in quiet hallways and then onto a long bridge where almost nobody paid attention to me. I felt my phone ringing so I picked it up, "Hello?"

"Um sir," the man on the other end mumbled, "I've been kicked out."

"Look after her." I groaned as I opened my can of beer and gulped down half of it. There is a pause before he replied, "Well she's no longer in her room and I can't find her again, she's not anywhere."

"Shit." I cursed. His voice was obviously showing that he was panicking, "I'm sorry sir. I le-" I sighed, "No that's not it. I'll call you back later." I hung up as my eyes met another, "Why are you out here in that?"

"None of your business," Jiyeon rolled her eyes. I flicked her forehead lightly, "You look like a patient and you look sick so go back before I drag you there." She sighed, "I will as long as you don't bother me again so shoo."

And with that, she went back the direction she had come from. I watched her walk away. It hurt to see her like that and I missed her so much. Maybe it was the only choice. I rather hurt her than watch her die. I chose to save my family, friends, and lover only to feel regret after the choice.

I sighed as I followed her quietly. As expected, she doesn't return back to the hospital but instead, she walked all the way to the bus stop and waited for a bus to arrive. She got on without getting seen and the bus took off just like that.

I hear my phone ring again but from another caller, "Hello?" There is a warm chuckle on the other end, "Seungcheol, it's finally almost over." I feel my heart skip a beat and electricity travel throughout my body but my lips don't form a smile because she's missing from the celebration.

"Okay father, I'll be right there."
