"I'm gonna go get some coffee, want some?" Hailey asks as we walk through Greenport with Drew.
The three of us have been meeting up, Chris and Jordyn are usually here but they are both away for Christmas break.
"Yes, please. I'll have whatever youre getting." I raise my hands to my mouth, praying that it'll warm them up.
"I'm gonna go in with her, wait here." Drew follows after Hailey, and I wait on the bench and catch up on all my social medias. Finn texts me right when I'm about to text him.
Love: You look colddddd
I furrow my eyebrows then realize something.
"Holy shit!" I look up and there is the Finn Wolfhard himself standing across the road smiling at me. "Finn, holy fuck, come here!" I yell, catching some families attention, but who cares? Finn is in front of me after 3 months.
I run up to him after he crosses the street and hug him so that all of the air in his lungs is most likely gone. "I missed you too, Leigh." Finn laughs.
"Dammit, Finn." Hailey complains from behind us. "I wanted to see her reaction."
"Calm down, Babe. I got a video." I laugh as Drew shows her the video.
"It only took you three freaking months Finn." I joke as I peck his cheek and grab my coffee from Hailey.
"It's hard to convince my parents to let me fly here by myself, but your mom talked to them and they let me come. Plus, I promised you, and I couldn't wait any longer."
"I love you, Finn." I laugh, soon realizing that I was being serious. "Shit man, I love you."
"Thank God because it would've been awkward if I loved you and you didn't love me back." He leans in to kiss me.
"Awe how cute." Hailey squeals.
"Way to ruin a perfect moment, Hail."
Story of my life.
