Life has seemed to calm down quite a fair amount for the eight teens. Their relationships are slowly progressing and the amount of unnecessary drama has decreased. Things are looking good. But the question is.... What now?
Book Five in the Second Ch...
Olivia finished braiding Faith's long brown hair, and she smiled at the finished product. "Okay." She began. "We all have our dresses and our hair is styled." "I think we're ready to go." Hannah grinned, twirling in her dress as she admired it.

((The girls dresses))
Scar brushed out imaginary wrinkles in her dress. "In all honesty, I'm kind of nervous." She admitted. "I didn't really think that we'd get to take the guys to the surface in broad daylight. What if their watches malfunction and everyone sees their true form. What if they follow us down here and find Splinter? What if they-" Faith placed a hand on Scar's shoulder to calm her down.
"Chill, girl. Have faith." She giggled a little at her own pun before continuing. "You need to trust that these watches will last. I do." Olivia and Hannah smiled, showing that they too believed in the advanced tech. Scar took a deep breath. "You're right, your right." She smiled. "I think I'm ready." — — —
They eight teens walked into the ballroom shyly, not sure what to expect. To their surprise, it was just like a normal dance. Except the food was much fancier. "Wow." Olivia breathed as she admired the paper flowers that were hung from the ceiling. "This place is beautiful." Leo held out an arm. "Care to dance?" He inquired. Olivia smiled. "I'd love to." He whisked her onto the dance floor and they swayed to the beat.
Scar smirked at Raph whose eyes widened. "No. I don't dance." He stated. "Well, no time to start like the present." She grabbed his hand and tugged him behind her and they soon melted into the crowd of dancing couples. Donnie pointed a thumb towards the dance floor. "You wanna dance now or later?" Hannah smiled and gently grabbed his hand. "Now is fine."
Soon, they too joined the other two and began to dance. "Wanna show em how it's done, Marshmallow?" Faith asked with a smirk. Mikey held out his hand. "You know it!" He pulled her onto the dance floor with a smile and they danced to the soft music. After the song ended, Olivia and Leo decided to get some air. They couldn't stop giggling while they walked through the garden maze that lay behind the building. "I wish this was how our life was everyday." Leo sighed.
"That way, you wouldn't have to stay in the lair all day." Olivia scoffed. "Who said it isn't fun down there?" Leo shrugged. "I just want to make every single day of your life perfect so you'd see how I feel around you." Olivia blushed and pressed her lips to Leo's in a soft, yet sweet kiss. "I already know." She smiled. — — —
Raph twirled Scar around as the next song began. "See? This isn't so bad." She smiled. "Yeah your right. It's worse." Raph deadpanned. "Oh, Come on, Raph. This is fun!" Scar continued. "If you call stepping on your partner's feet fun, then yeah. This is the definition of jubilance." He said sarcastically. "Raph, that was only three times." "Yeah. Three times to many." Scar sighed.
"I don't care how many times you step on my feet, okay. I'll still love you. Sure maybe you can't dance, but you have the heart of a warrior. And I love that about you. Forget dancing. What's on the inside counts more." Raph looked at her and smiled a little. "See?" He laughed a little. "Stop giving me more reasons to want to kiss you." Scar couldn't help but giggle. — — —
"My gosh! I never knew dancing was such hard work!" Donnie breathed. Hannah sighed through her nose, rolling her eyes with a small smile. "And Parkour isn't?" "Dancing and ninjitzu are two different task." Donnie defended. "Sure they are." Hannah walked over to the snack bar and grabbed a cookie. Donnie grabbed a cup and poured himself some pics, chugging it down promptly afterwards.
"Maybe, your just lazy." Hannah smiled. "I object!" Donnie crossed his arms. "Prove it. Race me to...." She looked outside the window to find something that could be used as a finish line. "That stop sign." She pointed to one that lay just down the street. "Alright." He looked down at her outfit. "But you're wearing a dress." Hannah smirked and pulled out two purple hair pins that were holding up her bun. She then clipped them on either side of her dress so that it was knee length.
"There." She smiled. Donnie chuckled and they walked outside together. "On your mark...." They got into position. "Get set....." Donnie smirked while Hannah blew a strand of hair out of her face. "GO!" They both took of, neck and neck for the first few seconds of the race then slowly, Hannah eased in front of Donnie. She stuck her tongue out at him as she sped ahead, a few feet away from the stop sign.
"Nope! Not today!" Donnie yelled. He lept onto the building wall and pushed himself off, reaching forward. His fingers were and inch away from touching the sign when Hannah summoned a forcefield. He bounced off of it and fell to the floor with a thud. "H-Hey!" He exclaimed. Hannah giggled and helped him up. "You never said that could use my powers. Plus, you used parkour so," She didn't get to finish before Donnie tripped her. She fell into his lap with a yelp. "I guess we're both losers now. No one touched the sign." Donnie smirked. Hannah huffed.
— — — Mikey and Faith laughed as Faith Almost tripped. "We cannot dance." Mikey laughed. "Yeah. We've almost fallen about five times." Faith giggled. "Wanna get some food?" Mikey asked, pointing a finger toward the snack bar. Faith shrugged and Mikey led her over. He picked up a plate with a slice of cake and handed it to Faith. She smiled at him and ate it. "Is this chocolate?" She asked between bites.
"Nope. Fudge." Mikey said cheekily. Faith couldn't help but laugh as she caught on. "Well if that's how were playing, its only fair that you eat this." She said handing him a marshmallow on a stick. He grinned and popped it into his mouth with a grin. Faith kissed his cheek and he blushed. "Love you Marshmallow." "Love you too, Fudge Cake."
