Together Forever (Book Five)

30. It's time

*Each one is approximately one moth apart

Leonardo
Olivia was meditating with Splinter when it happened. She usually didn't meditate but the baby was due anyday, and Splinter said it would help with the stress. At first, she felt a small pang in her stomach. It was ignorable and she didn't need to cause a fuss over it. Then she felt something wet slide down her leg and before she had a chance to say anything else, another, sharper pain hit her. Contractions! The baby was coming! "Le-" Before she had time to call his name again, she gasped as another one hit. Splinter was attentive instantly.

"Leonardo! Come quickly! Your wife is in labor!" it took Leo No time to rush in and take her to Donnie, who already had his lab prepared for the occasion. "Okay, Olivia I'm gonna need you to remain calm and take deep breaths." Donnie said. Olivia took deep breaths, but they were more along the lines of rushed than calm. "Okay, honey, look at me. Your gonna be fine, your gonna be just fine." Leo said as he used one hand to stroke her hair and the other to hold her hand for support.

Olivia nodded, but let out a pained scream as another contraction hit. She gripped Leo's hand tightly and he winced at the fact that she was accidentally using her super strength. "GET IT OUT! GET IT OUT DONNIE, NOW!" She cried. "I'm trying!" Donnie yelled. "But you gotta work for it too!" She screamed again and Leo kissed her forehead. "Okay, Olivia come on! Almost there!" Donnie said. "I can see him!" Olivia bit her tongue as she attempted to contain her screaming. "OH MY GOD IT HURTS SO FREAKING BAD!" She yelled. "Okay, just one more time, Liv! One more!" Donnie instructed.

Olivia felt like everything below her waist was on fire and she could not contain her screaming anymore. "I GOT IT! I got the baby!" Donnie cheered, grabbing a nearby blue blanket and wrapping the small child up inside. He smiled at the infant before handing him to Leo. "Congrats Leo. It's a boy." He said. Leo smiled at the child in his arms. HIS child. He was a human with Olivia's blond hair. When the boy opened his eyes, Leo saw that the boy had his sapphire blue eyes. He'd never felt prouder. "Look, Livvie! It's a boy!" Leo cheered.  Olivia gave a breathy laugh. "He's so precious." She mumbled. Leo smiled. This was his family. And he was proud of it. "What are we gonna name him?" Leo asked. Olivia though for a few minutes. "What about Carter ?" Olivia asked. Leo smiled. "Carter it is."

Raphael
Scar didn't really think that much about the when the baby would come. It was Raph who did all the worrying. It annoyed Scar half to death. He was especially fussy this month! It was the month that the baby was due and Raph wanted everything to go by without a hitch. "Are you sure? You don't feel anything?" He asked again. "Yes Raph. I'm sure." Scar said. "Do you want any food? Are you hungry?" "I'm good babe." Scar said a little more forcefully. "Maybe you need to rest." Scar whipped around and balled up her fist angrily. "I'M FINE RAPHAEL!" She yelled. Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through her stomach.

She sucked in a breath and closed her eyes, trying her best to ignore the pain. She breathed out and turned to leave the room, but another pain hit, way more painful than the last. She felt something wet slide down her leg as she realized her water had broke. "The baby is coming! The baby is-" She couldn't even finish her sentence  before she was overwhelmed by pain. "DONNIE! DONNIE IT'S COMING!" Raph yelled. Donnie rushed around the lab to prepare as Raph carried his wife inside the lab. Scar hissed and attempted to breathe in and out as pain overwhelmed her. Raph gripped her hand and Scar held it as tightly as she could with her clammy palm.

"OH MY GOD IT BURNS! IT BURNS LIKE HELL!" Scar yelled. Raph placed a kiss on her temple and whispered in her ear reassuringly. "Deep breaths, Scar. I can see it!" Donnie said. Scar took deep rapid breaths as she tried her best not to scream. "One more time, Scar!" Donnie yelled. Scar screamed once again and it felt as though the burning feeling ceased. Crying erupted in the room and Star and Raph shared a shocked look. "Congratulations. It's a little girl." Donnie said, handing a pink blanket covered baby to Raph. He looked at the little baby and instantly noticed that she was a turtle. She had his complexion and Scar's long beautiful blonde hair the moment she opened her eyes, Raph couldn't help but smile as he sae his neon green eyes staring right back at him." "She's beautiful." Scar grinned. "Name?" Raph asked "I was thinking.... Miyuko." "Miyuko..." Raph said, getting used to the feeling if the name on his tongue. "I like it."

Donatello
Donnie and Hannah knew that the baby was sue anyway now, but they tried not to worry about it too much. Mainly because Donnie said that stress affects the baby. Hannah crawled into bed that night and curled up beside Donnie, like they usually did. Donnie wrapped his arms around her and kissed her temple. "Night." He muttered sleepily. "Night." Hannah mumbled back.

Suddenly she felt something wet trickle down her leg. She instantly knew what it was. "Did you just pee on me?" Donnie asked. "No you dork! My water broke." Donnie's eyes widened and He shot upward. "Wait, what?" Hannah had not time to respond because suddenly, the contraction hit. She bit her tongue to keep silent. "Lab..... Now...." Was all she said. "Oh! Yeah!" Donnie shot up and picked Hannah up bridal style and carried her to the lab.

He sat her down and she screamed in pain as another contraction hit her. Don't you have a stress ball or something in here?!?!" Hannah demanded, sucking in a deep breath. Donnie hurriedly tossed her a small blue ball and Hannah squeezed it tightly, crushing it in her grip.

"EVERYTHING BELOW MY WAIST FEELS LIKE IT'S ON FIRE!" Hannah screamed. "GET THIS BABY OUT NOW, DONNIE!" "I'm trying, okay!" He said. Another contraction hit and Hannah screamed in pain. "No more kids, after this okay? No more!" She told Donnie. "Deal!" He agreed. "Just keep breathing and pushing. You're almost done!" She did as she was told, groaning it screaming each time a new contraction hit. "Okay, one more time, Hannah." Donnie encouraged.

Hannah screamed again and suddenly, all the pain dissipated. She heard Donnie's gasp before he appeared beside her, holding their baby in a pink blanket. "It's a girl, Hannah. We got a girl!" He cheered Happily. He held her so that Hannah could see. She was a baby turtle who had Donnie's skin and eye color. But hair that resembled Hannah's hug loosely around the baby's head. Hannah could help but smile at the sight. "I wanna name her Danielle." Hannah smiled. "Donnie smiled too. Danielle it is, then."

Michelangelo
Mikey didn't really understand pregnancy, so he had no clue what to do, really. And the fact that everyone else already had their babies was a bit pressuring to him. Faith constantly told him he'd be fine, but he couldn't help but still be scared.

Faith was sitting in the kitchen, simply enjoying a rub of ice cream. She felt something wet fall down her leg and before she could react, the contractions hit. She screamed in pain and Mikey rushed in. "Faith! Oh my god, it's happening! Donnie!!!!" Donnie Already knew what was happening and set up the lab. "Faith, im gonna need you to take deep, slow, calm breaths." Donnie said.

Faith did as she was told, but her breathing seemed shaky and forced. Mikey kissed Faith on the forehead and smiled reassuringly. "You can count my freckles to calm down, Fudge Cake." Mikey offered. Faith looked over and smiled weakly, groaning as another contraction hit. She took a deep breath and began to count Mikey's freckles, one by one, over and over. Usually she did this to calm down when she was sad or upset.

A loud yelp escaped her lips as a sharp pain over took her. "Just a little more!" Donnie said. Faith smiled as the feeling of agony disappeared. She turned to Mikey and chuckled awkwardly. Then another contraction hit. "I though we only had one!" Faith screamed. "NOPE! Ya got two!" Donnie yelled. Faith gripped Mikey's hand tightly and screamed as the contractions hit. "Deep breaths, Fudge Cake!" Mikey said, stroking her hair. "I got her! She's out!" Donnie called. Faith's breathing grew normal and the pain subsided. "Congratulations, Mikey. You got twins!" Donnie smiled. Mikey looked down at the two babies. His babies.

He grinned as he took them in. They looked like humans except they had light green skin. The boy had human Mikey's wavy blonde hair and Faith's hazel eyes. The girl had Faith's brown hair, but Mikey's baby blue eyes. And they both had Mikey's freckles." He giggled. "Look Faith, you got a lot more freckles to count!" Mikey cheered. Faith giggled. "You got any names picked out?" He asked. "I wanna name the boy Aaron." Faith smiled. "I think Sarina is the perfect name for the girl." Mikey added. "Aaron and Sarina it is."
