Oliver is really quiet, really kind, and really gentle and respectful of other people, and himself. People misjudge him as a troublemaker, when he's really not. He'd never really "hurt" anyone for fun, but he is a really tough, bad boy kind of guy.
Description: Oliver has spiked up black hair and tan skin, with beautiful brown eyes that shine. The one thing he has that attracts people is his accent as well. Oliver also has a fair amount of tattoos, that he painted himself, on his body as an adornment. He is fairly tall, and muscular from working in the fields.

Family: Oliver lives in District Eleven on barely anything with his younger sister. His mum and dad were forced into federal prison, because they did not have enough money to pay their debts and such to the Capitol. Oliver works in the fields with his sister, harvesting fruits. As a result, he makes just enough money to live, but still needs tesserae, as he won't let his sister, take it. Oliver also has a crush on this girl, Emma, who he has no chance with, at least in his mind. But secretly, she likes him back. In his free time, Oliver likes to draw and paint with whatever resources he can find.
