The four surviving tributes stand in the cemetery together, all out of breath. None of them attack each other, not just yet anyways. They're running low on energy and doing the best to gain it back. Mean while, the faces in the sky is the perfect time to take away from their exhaustion.
First to appear was the young fighter, Nutmeg Dettlaff from District One. The next one that followed was Hazel Smith, the violent girl from District Two. The next tribute followed, it being the arrogant lone wolf, Daniel Stone from District Four. The final face that follows is the mental girl from District Seven, Adelaide White. The Capitol seal appears again but for some reason the sky is not going dark. Instead, Draco Thorne, the Head Gamemaker, appears.
"Ahhh, so you're the four tributes who survived oblivion." He smirks. His piercing eyes look down at you as if you were mere rats, ready to be caught and slaughtered.
"I must say, I am impressed. But we're not done yet." Draco begins to chuckle slightly. The tributes find it a bit unnerving and unsettling.
"Your fellow comrades, loved ones, and enemies are all gathered here; even the dead ones. All of the tributes who entered these games are all buried here." He says. But everyone kind of figured that out when the yellow-eyed puppets came out to play.
"I hope you don't get too emotional with them here. You don't want to miss the fun, now do you?" And as if almost on cue, the crows that are in the cemetery begin to go haywire. They fly around vigorously, making the tributes a bit nervous. But it's not until the crows start melting together into a figure that they start getting all wide-eyed.
"Death is lingering here in this very cemetery. And he's ready to come out in play." He says, and the crows are finished fusing together. This floating figure is in front of them, no face or anything. Just covered in black clothes with a hood pulled over its head.
"And most of all, he's ready to get his prize; you." Draco says, a grin plastered on his face. The image of him disappears as the reaper pulls out a scythe from his cloak.
The Capitol citizens realize the hint from Draco in the Capitol Update. They wish they would have seen it coming sooner, but no one did. This finale must have taken a lot of preparations to pull this off. Everyone is astounded.
The hooded figure just floats in the air for a few more moments, looking at the remaining tributes. But then to everyone's shock, Death begins to speak: "You are my prey!" And with that, it lunges towards the tributes, ready to slaughter them all. Death is the biggest predator of them all.
The Task: Okay so basically this is the finale. Death is hunting you, ready to take you. Death can not be killed. All attacks will go right through him, as if he is an illusion, however, he is not one. He can and will kill you at any cost.
For this task we will be crowning a victor. Death tolls will have no effect this task. For kills, the tributes may kill each other and death may kill the tributes too. However you want to right who kills who is fine by me.
Congratulations to the remaining tributes who have made it this far:
Amy Hoffman
Kat McCarthy
Elizabeth Harbor
Jude Shadow
The due date is on TUESDAY, JULY 15th at 11:59 p.m. The sooner you turn them in, the sooner I can post the final voting. Oh and one more thing; If you do not hand in on time, you will automatically be eliminated. This goes for everyone so I suggest handing in. You wouldn't want to come so close and then get disqualified for not handing in.
Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor!
