Oh my glory, we made it! Excuse me while I go recover from this traumatic event ...
I guess I don't know what to say. I didn't think I'd get this far. I've never had this many readers, this many supporters, and literally the only reason my fanfiction has over 5k reads is because it's like 90 parts long, so this is new.
I don't usually finish books very often, just short stories and little things that take like a month to write, so this is kind of a big deal ...
So thank you! All of you, everyone reading this! I'm glad you stumbled upon me, and in some cases, I'm glad I got to know you! Thank you very much for your votes and comments - comments especially - and I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I (mostly) enjoyed writing it!
What do you guys think? I know it's a lot darker than normal ... Any feedback is appreciated.
In my other books, I usually list everyone who read it, but there's too many of you, plus I did dedications earlier, so hopefully I didn't miss anyone ...
Seriously, I don't know what to say except I'm sorry and thank you.
A big round of applause especially goes to those who don't know what the Monstercat music label is, because somehow you found me and decided to be brave. Welcome to my AUs, friends. And thanks again.
Jeez I'm awkward
If you're interested, my only read-worthy not-fanfiction book is a short story called My Friend, and it won first place in the Golden Star Awards, so please check that out. It's five parts long and slightly emotional. Okay not slightly -
Then there's my real fanfiction called Rebel that has some pretty trashy parts (especially the beginning) but I fell in love with it (and the main character) and tried my very best to make it understandable, so there's that to look at ...
My other works are AUs like this one, so anyone can read them. Just ... don't mix up the characters ...
I Remember is currently a finalist in TPPA, and it's only one part long, but I'm super proud of it, so please check that out. Also one of the characters is completely insane.
From the Dust is about ten parts (I think) long, another short story, about a vampire, a werewolf, some monsters, and someone who is definitely *cough* not *cough* a mermaid.
Cataclysm is another book similar to this one, but not similar at all, I guess. Plus I think Braken in that one is one of the sweetest characters I've ever written (except for that one part those of you who've read it already know about but let's ignore that for now). It's still ongoing and doesn't have a schedule, so it's kind of slower.
*Note about this* I think the darkness of Once Again contributed to my depression ... whoops ... and the beginning of Cataclysm is also pretty dark, so I'm not writing it very much, plus I'm trying to keep the middle-ish lighter, so ... there's that for you.I think that's it? There's a few short stories worth reading, but I think I'm going to publish them again separately so you don't have to go through all the trash XD
My randomness book is interesting, with some weird facts about me.
Oh yeah I was writing something called Hoarded a long time ago but I lost the papers so if I find them, I'll post that one. That one I've mentioned a million times, A World Without Magic, might come next year if I finally get around to editing it. Love, Mother may come if I'm inspired to write horror, and another one that doesn't have a name yet that's actually kind of cute is also coming. I have too many projects on my hands, yikes.
After this, I'm trying to stay more on top of school work and not be so freaking stressed all the time, so I'll still be pretty active, just not posting nearly so often, so I'll still be here, just not so much as an author for a while.
Can someone draw me a picture?
Thank you for the support, and until we meet again!
Please don't kill me -
