After the tour, Cami and I went downstairs.

"Would you like a cookie dear?" Brenda asked.

"No thank you," I replied. "In fact I should be leaving. It was nice meeting you," I said.

"You too dear," Brenda said.

"Lets swap numbers!" Cami said. I smiled and gave her my number, while she gave me hers.

"Me too?" Jacob said behind us.

"OOOO! True love!" Cami said while I just blushed. "SHE'S BLUSHING!!!" She yelled.

"Shut up!" Jacob scolded. I handed him my number and he handed me his.

"Bye," I said with a small wave.

When I got home I cautiously walked in, not wanting to get in trouble by Luke. I walked up the stairs as quiet as I could. I was just about to the top when the stair creaked. I grimaced.

"Abigail?! Is that you?!" Luke called from his room. Shit.

"Maybe," I said.

"We need to talk about what you did at school today, and why I saw you leaving the park with a boy," he smirked. "But first things first. Why did you hit him?"

"Hekindahitmefirst," I said really fast.

"What?"

"He hit me first," I said slower.

"That doesn't mean you can hit him back," I looked down. "But I did like your guts," I looked up to see him smirking. "But... as a legal guardian I should punish you."

"Since when are you my legal guardian?"

"Since yesterday. Anyway, lets say... you do the dishes the whole week," I nodded in agreement. "Good. Now who was this boy you went with?"

"Were you following me?"

"I asked first."

"I asked second."

"Yes I was following you," he admitted. "Who was it?"

"His name is Jacob," I blushed.

"Do you like him?"

"A little."

"Okay," he started walking to his room and stopped. "I got something for you. Its down in the kitchen," he continued walking.

I walked back downstairs to the kitchen. There on the counter was a guitar. I screamed. Isaac had taught me to play two years ago.

Luke came down the stairs chuckling.

"Do you like it?" he asked.

"No! I love it!!!" I screamed again.

This was such a good day!
