i watched as she walked away.
watched.
instead of running after her.
why didn't i run?
once she was out of my view johnson appeared.
"aye man why was sky running out crying" he asked.
"she found out.." i said barely above a whisper.
"dude your gonna have to speak louder.. come on follow me" he said and walked towards the front door as i followed.
"okay now what did you say back there?" he asked once we stepped outside.
"i fucked up dude, and she found out." i said.
"found out? what did you do? .. oh no please tell me you didn't ch-" i cut him off. one because i didn't wanna hear the word. two because i saw a familiar body sitting on the curb by the road.
"hold on man i'll be right back" i said as i started walking towards her.
"sky look i'm sorry baby i messed up i know that." i said.
she just sniffled. she didn't look my way she didn't say a word.
she doesn't even want to look at me..
"baby i-" i stopped when a car pulled up and she stood up. she walked over to the car and got in, and as soon as the door shut it sped away. i got a little glance of who the person was.

i walked back up to j and he just looked at me.
"c'mon dude. i mean i'm sorry about what happened.. but i know you probably don't wanna talk about it now. we will later, but for right now let's just go and have some fun okay?" he said and started to walk inside.
i can't go in there. she's in there.
"yo g let's go man!" johnson yelled.
i sighed. "i'm coming."
we went to the kitchen and grabbed some drinks. then we walked to the living room and talked to some people. well johnson talked to the people. i just stood there. thinking.
"g that girl has been staring at you like this whole time we've been standing here . you know her?" johnson asked snapping me out of my thoughts.
"which one?"
"black hair. crop top, and jeans. black shoes"
oh no
i slightly turned around.
"great" i sighed.
"who is she ?" he asked.
"that's her man." i just said.
"her? her as in.." he faded with his sentence.
i nodded.
"bro she's hot. not my type. but she's hot." he said.
"that's not helping anything" i laughed.
"i'm sorry but until i know the full story i really have no filter with this." he said as he shrugged.
"tomorrow. i'll tell you tomorrow, let's just.. enjoy tonight alright?" i said.
"okay. to tonight man" j said as he raised his cup.
"to tonight." i repeated as i pushed my cup to meet his.
