~That evening~
"I hate my life." I growled as I ran around town at blazing speeds handing out stupid leaflets to some stupid greedy humans. I hate doing work and I hate being ordered around, especially by that red head. I swear she's gonna get what's coming to her.
*Flashback*
Me and Issei were just lounging around in the club room when Gremory called us. "I need both of you to hand these leaflet around town." Gremory said as she placed 4 boxes each filled with leaflets in front of us. "And why is that?" I asked while looking at boxes. There's a lot. To much in fact. "To obtain more contracts for us to fulfill of course." She said. I had to asks.
"Like hell I'm doing this." I said as I began to storm of. "Oh but Ferron-kun, this counts as club activities." I stopped as she mentioned that. "You wouldn't want me telling Miss Sakuya about this now would you." She said teasingly while holding her phone with a sly fuckung smile on her face. "Ara ara. Buchou that's playing dirty." Akeno said while giggling. It's official, I don't care about trying to be friends with her anymore. I hate this bitch.
"Fine." I growled as I stored the boxes in my inventory and made my way out the door while cursing under my breath. I left as I slammed the door in anger.
*Flashback end*
I finished giving out all my leaflets. Thanks goodness I have my inventory, I didn't need to carry all those boxes. That would have been a pain. I swear seeing all of them (except for Issei) in the club room chillaxing while I was doing grunt work was pissing me off.
I was on my way home my when I saw someone I didn't expect to run into. "Himejima-san. Fancy meeting you here." I said as I stood near crossing waiting for the light to turn green. "Ara, Ferron-kun. I guess it is. I just finished doing a contract and I was just heading home. Did you just finished handing out the leaflets?" She asked in an almost seductive voice.
"Ugh, don't remind me." I said and she just giggled. The light turned green and both started crossing. There was silence, but I decided to break it by asking something really stupid.
"Himejima-san. Your a half-fallen angel aren't you?" I asked. I didn't even need to look at her face to know that she was shocked that I knew. "How did yo-" before she finished I grabbed her hand and walked to the other side. "Suddenly stopping in the middle of the road is dangerous himejima-san." I said as let go of her hand seeing as we're safely across the street.
"A-ah right thank you." She said, there was a slight silence till she began to speak up again. "Um, Ferron-kun. How do you know?" She asked me with a sad expression. I knew this was a bad idea, but there's no turning back now. "I can somehow sense it." I lied, I actually knew from the beginning.
"I see." She said as she began to look down. "Himejima-san?" I tried to call out to her. Damn it! I knew this was a bad idea, but I still did it anyways. "Don't you... Don't you hate me, Ferron-kun?" She asked me while still looking down with shadows covering her eyes. I have to pick my words carefully, one wrong move and I might never make up with Himejima-san.
"No, I don't hate you Himejima-san." What I said was the truth, I don't hate her nor I have a reason to. "Eh? But I'm part fallen angel. The ones who attacked you." She looked up at me and exclaimed. "They were the ones who attacked me not you. I don't have a reason to hate you himejima-san." She just looked at me in disbelief.
"But I'm a fallen angel." I heard her mumble as she looked down again. "No your not." She then looked up at me, surprised at what I said. "To me your not a fallen angel or a devil. You're just Akeno. Akeno Himejima, the vice-president of the ORC, the rumored sadomasochist and my friend." I finished, she just looked at me with wide eyes and blinked.
