like i would catch a cold in the winter if i didn't wear your jacket.
i fell for you,
like leaves falling free from their attachment to the tree branches in autumn.
i poured myself out to you,
like the summer rains we lived through together.
you left me,
like bees leave pollen here and there in the spring.
