Crawling On My Knees

Why did you do this to me?

Was it hard to see?

You were what I had in life.

Your breath was life to me.

When you broke me down,

I was crawling on my knees.

I hope you would come pick me up.

But that hope was just a dream.

I remember when you sung to me.

You told me what I mean.

You told me how you loved me so.

Then gave me a golden ring.

So in love with you.

I told you all my dreams.

You said they would all be so true .

Just continue to follow me.

Then you ran and hid.

You left me on my own.

I've never been this far before.

I don't know where to go.

I never made it out.

I'm in the spot you left me.

Sleeping all alone.

I wish someone would help me.
